林德大中华区热招岗位 : Head of Product Management AS-LEH - 空分产品经理

Role Description:

1. The Head of Product Management AS is responsible for all AS product related topics in LEH and has therefore a big influence to the success of AS Product line. He/She is directly reporting to the Head of BU AS in LEH and has an additional functional reporting line to the Head of Global Product Management in LEHQ.
   空分产品经理负责LEH 所有空分产品相关话题，因此对空分产品线的成功有重要影响。他/她直接向LEH 空分事业部总经理汇报；另外，也直接向LEHQ 全球产品部总经理汇报工作。

Primary Responsibility:

1. Planning of Deliverables and align with Head of BU AS LEH and Head of GPM LEHQ
   规划交付成果，配合LEH 空分事业部总经理和LEHQ 全球产品部总经理

2. Budget planning, control and reporting of overhead projects within BU AS LEH and Head of GPM LEHQ
   预算规划、预算控制，以及在LEH 空分事业部和LEHQ 全球产品部内部汇报成本项目。

3. Track and report Product Quality issues
   跟踪报告产品质量问题

4. Leading Meetings on regular basis with LEH discipline product managers
   与LEH 专业的产品经理一起，开展定期例会

5. Planning and executing Change management tasks
   计划和执行变化管理任务

6. Align with Market development to define further product development (e.g. ECOMA)
   与市场发展趋势一致，进一步定义产品开发 （如 ECOMA 项目）

7. Support online development of new products during project execution
   在项目执行阶段，支持新产品的网络开发

8. Lead deviation management during execution of existent products
   在现有产品执行阶段，领导偏差管理

9. Guide Procurement activities inside LEH, be single contact for vendor list issues between LEHQ and LEH
   指导LEH 内部采购活动。关于LEHQ 和LEH 之间供应商清单问题，作为唯一可联系的负责人

10. Support proposal activities (sales and concept department) to provide the most competitive solution by usage of products
    支持提案活动（销售和概念部门），并通过产品使用，提供最具竞争力的解决方案

11. Target to reach productivity grade (incl. proposal) of around 50%

目标是使项目工时所占百分比（包括提案）达到50%左右

Required key skills (functional/technical):

1. Excellent communication and presentation skills at all level, in Chinese as well as business English
   具有良好的运用汉语和商务英语，与各级别沟通和呈现的能力

2. Skill in coordinating with cross-functional department within the whole LE organization
   具有在整个林德工程跨部门工作协调能力

3. Clear focus on safety and high quality as well as result oriented profitable growth ambitions
   明确地关注安全、高质量及以效益增长为导向的成果

4. Empathic communication and motivation skills
   同理心的沟通和激励技巧

5. Change management and innovation skills
   变化管理及创新的技能

Required Qualification:

1. Bachelor or Master in Engineering
   本科或硕士工科专业

2. Long years of professional experience in execution or / and sales of AS project
   空分项目执行和 / 或销售领域多年的专业经验

3. Experiences for previous product development activities preferred
   具有产品开发业务经验者优先考虑
