气体行业是一个非常奇妙却又附有神秘色彩的行业, 也因为这样的独特性, 让许多的莘莘学子对于这个产业感到既陌生又疑惑, 却又充满了兴趣和向往。为了能让更多的学生亲身体验到气体行业的奇妙和奥秘, 林德大中华区在2014年夏天持续推出了“暑期实习生项目”。实习期间, 除了部门的日常工作之外, 公司更为实习生安排了相当多的活动, 以协助他们进一步去接触气体行业, 譬如苏州特气现场参观, 此外, 也安排了由公司内部资深的经理为大家做职业分享, 而这个项目也在8月份完美的落下序幕。
The compressed gas business is a very intriguing and yet mysterious industry. Because of this unique characteristic, so many students feel both unknown and bemused about it but still are drawn by it. In order to give students more opportunities to firsthanded experience the profound mystery of this industry, the Linde RGC again organized the “Summer Internship Program.” Besides the daily works, the company has organized various activities such as the Suzhou ESG site tour during the internship for the interns which truly helped them to further explore the compressed gas industry. Furthermore, several career sharing sessions facilitated by the senior managers were offered to the interns before this summer internship program has come to a perfect ending.
这个项目的完成也协助公司达到了几项主要目的, 首先就是为2015年毕业生提供各式各样的机会去了解林德集团以及气体行业, 更在他们心中种下希望和未来加入林德大家庭的种子。
This program has assisted the organization to achieve several major objectives. First of all, it provided 2015 graduates various opportunities to get to know the Linde Group as well as the compressed gas industry which planted the seed of hope in their hearts to join the Linde family in the future.
其次, 这个项目也为各部门提供了以最直接最近距离的方式去观察参与项目的同学, 透过他们日常的工作表现与态度, 去识别具有优秀能力的未来潜在员工。
Next, this program has also allowed several departments to directly and closely observe the students who took a part of the project through their daily work performances and attitudes then identify the potential employees with outstanding capabilities.
最后,透过项目参与者在学校跟同学师长分享他们在林德的实习经验,公司在各个知名大学里的知名度更是持续攀高,譬如上海交通大学、复旦大学、上海财经大学和华东理工大学等, 而这也为我们在10月份即将展开的校园招聘铺垫了最好的宣传。
Finally, through the project participants’ Linde summer internship experience sharing with their peers and teachers; it truly helps to improve our popularity in various well-known universities such as Shanghai Jiao Tong University, Fudan University, Shanghai University of Finance and Economics, and East China University of Science and Technology, and this has become the best publicity for our upcoming campus recruitments in October.
