Title: Fleet Maintenance Engineer
Report to: Transport safety and fleet manager
Department: Deliver
Location: Shanghai
Role Description:
负责RGC 车辆维护保养及修理的技术标准, 控制车辆维修成本
Response for RGC fleet maintenance and repairing standards, control fleet maintenance cost.
Primary Responsibility:
制定RGC 所有车辆维护保养及修理的技术标准，包括车头/拖车/低温泵/发电机/轮胎等；
Establish all vehicle maintenance and repair standards, include prime mover/trailer/chassis/tyre ;管理SAPPM 系统中和车辆相关的数据；
Fleet master data on SAPPM;在SAPPM 中计划车辆PM；
Plan vehicle PM in SAPPM system;审批控制维修费用,确保费用在预算内；
Approve/Control all maintenance cost to insure all cost within the budget;跟踪各个区域车辆维修的费用，并做出分析及改进的建议；
Track every areas fleet maintenance cost and analysis it. Provide professional improvement plan.认证维修供应商；
Qualify maintenance suppliers.提供车辆维修的培训给各个区域的运输人员。
Train maintenance team in all sites.

Required Qualification:
Junior college in logistics, engineering or related areas.
物流，工程或相关专业大专以上学历。5 years’ related experience. Should possess a wide range of skills and experience, especially for fleet maintenance.
5 年的相关工作经验。 在车辆维修方面有较多经验和技能。Prefer truck driving license.
有卡车驾驶执照的优先。
