Role Description:
PG&P Transport Planning management
PG&P Logistics Optimisation
PG&P transport performance monitoring and improving
Support PG&P S&OP management in RGC.
Support PG&P inventory management
Support PG&P commercialisation (if applicable)
Primary Responsibility:
Visible leadership on PG&P transport safety. Ensure compliance with Linde safety policy in logistic management.
Manage PG&P logistics. Responsible for PG&P transport optimisation.
Contribute to PG&P S&OP meetings: review transport capability according to PG&P Growth target. Prepare and organise transport sources to meet business growth.
Monitor transport capability vs. Sales plan. Review PG&P Customer Demand Forecasting; Work closely with Marketing/sales and Operations on Demand Planning. Track the execution of fulfilment & allocation plan.
Work closely with NSC Paragon team. Support on Paragon performance improvement. Review Paragon outcome. Propose optimal source-customer allocation solution to NSC. Monitor & Review actual execution.
Organise regular meeting with scheduling (NSC), PG&P Operations, and sales for regular transport management.
Handle PG&P distribution emergency situation to secure PG&P business and ensure customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with PG&P Operations to support on optimal operation model of each LINDE filling station. Monitor appropriate inventory level and support/suggest on local inventory replenishment from
transport’s perspective. Work closely with PG&P supply chain planning & sourcing on the inter-branch transport efficiency in major power zones.Support on PG&P distribution KPI analysis. Seek potential initiatives or improvement plans to achieve performance targets.
Conduct PGP& transport optimisation HPO projects.
Support on PG&P distribution vehicle CAPEX.

Required key skills (functional/technical):
Experience assessing, changing and monitoring supply chains in a manufacturing or chemical industry.
Strong experience of analysis and planning

Flexibility in using different approaches to influence behaviours from staff of various levels.
Computer skill to understand and use system tools
Required Qualification:
Degree in logistics, engineering or technology.
5 years’ working experience in logistics and 3 years’ working experience in planning, working experience on MRP or MRP2 is preferred.
Skilled in Excel, knowledge on Micro is preferred.
Basic finance knowledge.
Excellent English/Chinese communication skills
Willing to travel
Experience on PG&P Logistics is preferred.
