Title: Expert Plastic & Cryo Applications
Report to: Head of MI Industry Segment Plastics & Cryo

Role Description:
Grow the MI business through dedicated support of RGC and RSE Application Sales for Plastic & Cryo Application PSOs.
Primary Responsibility:
Central point of contact for RGC and RSE sales for all P&C – Application PSO related topics
Leverage networks with regional OEMs and other external partners
Support Linde Application Sales Force in Joint Activity Plans and individual customer projects
Training of regional Linde ASE under TLAA framework (ProTech 100, 200 & 300)
Support regional market evaluation for Plastics & Cryo application PSOs
Roll out of new application PSO as joint effort with regional Marketing and Sales
Provide regional market insight for new developments
Coordinate localisation of Application PSOs and Supply equipment in cooperation with the respective Life Cycle Managers (PLCM)
Feedback lessons learnt from regional market into central MI team
PLCM responsibility for selected Application PSOs depending on knowledge and personal development

Required Qualification:
University degree (Master, Diploma) in mechanical engineering, process engineering or comparable
Fluent in English
3 years professional experience in application sales
Experience in gas industry or plastic industry desirable— Ability to explain technology to non technical people
