Role Description:
The position is responsible for supporting commercial sales effectiveness for nominated PGP strategic accounts within mainland China, exports within the region and the overall management of the rare gas business. Responsibility also includes the product management/coordination of electronic gases, electronic chemicals and selected rare gases as used in the electronic business. The role directly supports the Manager, Commercial Sales and as such embodies active direct interface with the Sales functions and specific analytical support interface with Strategic Marketing, Business Development, Bulk and Finance.
Primary Responsibility:

Support Commercial Sales collaboration with Linde Global Product/Business Management (Helium, Silane, Packaged Chemicals, Rare Gases, etc.), Government authorities, RGC SP Product Management, ESG/LGS Operations and Supply Chain Management, SHEQ,CSC and PGP Team Management
Support and coordinate interfaces with specific key accounts that use electronic gases/chemicals and rare/special gases
Accountable for ESG sourcing/product management activities
Working with the BAE Product Management team to promote and supply ESG products to other regional Linde companies in Taiwan, Korea, Singapore, India, etc.
Accountable for the negotiation and establishment of transfer pricing of all ESG products to LLH and other regional Linde companies
Oversee and coordinate the Rare Gases business within RGC, including liaison with thin soup sources, Distribution (Deliver), the Ningbo Enrichment Plant and Spectra
Coordinate product management initiatives at a customer level for electronic gases/chemicals and rare gases
Provide specific support to ensure that the contractual relationship with the LLH joint venture is maintained to a high standard
Support Commercial Sales initiatives in the development of customer specific PSO’s (non-standard) for Key Accounts and ensure that value is maximised
Work alongside and deputise for the Commercial Sales Manager where appropriate
Ensure the coordination of commercial arrangements for Key Accounts and that administration processes for such customers are robust and to a high quality standard.
Coordinate with Operations on nominated sites for effective reporting and business management
Support management efforts to mitigate gas losses for electronic gases, electronic chemicals and rare gases
Liaise with Finance and CSC to ensure accurate reporting of Sales, Costs and ASPs for nominated key accounts
Coordinate with Operations, PGP SP Sales Managers as well as the Special Gases Product Manager to ensure an equitable allocation of helium and rare gas products between key customers, bulk and packaged merchant markets and distributors
Provide Commercial Sales support to operations at ESG, LGS and other nominated sites on administrative, commercial and operational matters, including effective reporting and business management
Coordinate the sales and market reporting of relevant information for nominated key customers

Required Qualification:
10+ years total working experience, including at least 5+ years experience in a multi-disciplined service related role e.g. Customer Service/Commercial, (or related functions), contract preparation, etc
A degree in Business, Commerce, Finance or related discipline would be an advantage but not essential
Knowledge of business analysis tools and IS systems
Fluent English in reading/speaking/writing
