Role Description:
This position is established to assist Organization Development manager in planning, implementing and tracking the HR projects for the organizational effectiveness improvement in line with RGC’s business strategy.
Primary Responsibility:
Support the implementation of the Talent Management related process, such as performance management and succession planning process to meet the Greater China business growth agenda
Support OD manager on the design, development of specific talent management programs, such as career path planning; succession planning, 360 degree feedback, HiPo identification and development etc
Support OD manager on the facilitation of organization development program, including culture
transformation, major change initiatives, optimization of cross-functional processes, etcCoordination on the customised development programs for key individuals to meet the talent development and retention agenda for the Greater China business
Be responsible for the internal training delivery for certain courses, cooperating with learning &
development team

University degree or equivalent, MBA preferred
5 years' OD or L&D experience
