Role Description:
The Head of the Business Unit HS is fully responsible for the success of the Business Unit which comprises Business Development and Sales, Cost Estimation, Product Management, Conceptual Design.

Primary Responsibility:
Be fully accountable for the financial results of the BU.
完全对事业部的财务结果负责;Further develop the business for Hydrogen and syngas Plants in China with the focus on competitiveness in terms of pricing, efficiency, quality and reliability.
进一步发展中国制氢与合成气装置业务,关注其在价格、效率、质量和可靠性方面的竞争力;Define, communicate and implement the BU strategy aligned with the Product Line HS.
定义、联络及执行与总部制氢与合成气产品线一致的事业部战略;Be accountable for sales including customer relation management, definition of the technical concept as well as pricing.
负责包括客户关系管理,技术概念定义及价格的销售工作;
Drive Product Management with the objective of maximizing standardization in line with the market demands in China.
推动以符合中国市场的标准最大化为目标的产品管理;Manage internal and external interfaces.
管理内部和外部的界面;Provide leadership for development of people and actively manage the talent pool.
引领人力发展和积极管理人才培养Ensure the Integrated Management System (IMS) is fully implemented, regularly compliance checks are performed and corrective measures are in place.
确保IMS 全面执行,落实法规常规检查及采取正确的措施;Be responsible for health, safety and environmental (HSE).
对健康、安全、环境负责;Leads and manages HS BU to fulfill the defended target from company and/or LEHQ;
领导和管理制氢事业部实现公司并/或LEHQ 目标;Reinforces quality improvements and increase of reliability;
加强质量改善并提高可靠性;Identifies and prepares personnel requirement plan and initiate recruitment of key employees and participate in interviews;
发现并准备人员需求计划,参与主要员工的招聘面试工作;Definition of strategic objectives for HS business on the basis of corporate objectives and implementation by setting of goals for staff and through strategic initiatives;
基于公司目标设定制氢业务战略目标,并通过为所属员工设定目标和执行战略性方案实现目标;Ensuring that personnel management tasks are carried out in line with Linde spirit and staff are led by visible leadership;
确保在林德精神的指导下以可视领导力开展员工管理工作。

Required Qualification:
Bachelor or Master in Engineering
本科或硕士工科专业Extended knowledge of hydrogen and syngas technologies
深入的制氢与合成气的技术知识Long years of professional experience including management or/and sales of projects
多年的专业经验,包括项目管理和/或销售Proven success in managerial positions
成功的管理岗位经验Professional knowledge about customer, about market
深入了解客户、市场
