Role Description:
Responsible for the business development and sales activities except CO2 business in JV. Developing pipeline / park and liquid sales strategy aligned with RBU strategy, builds sales capability in the organization, manages resource allocation among sales team, achieves business development target & sales target and controls business development / selling expenses
Primary Responsibility:
Strategy Development and Implementation
— Work with Bulk head and marketing department, to develop area sales and marketing strategies
— Ensure the strategies are implementedSales Management
— Set up sales targets and ensure achievement
— Recruit and guide sales managers to recruit and develop sales force
— Coordinate development of sales tools for regions
— Develop sales force skills
— Provide on-going coaching to sales team
— Manage sales incentives for sales team and provide leadership to sales managers for target setting and compensation decisions at account manager level
— Credit control and DSO control
— Coordinate with other department to fulfill product and service deliveries to the customersProfitability management and Business Development
— Develop, implement strategy and plan to improve the profitability of businesses by PI activities, business clusters and other means
— In conjunction with Product & Marketing department, and Global Application Development, implement
product and service solutions to meet customer needs
— Collaborate with peers in RBU and globally to transfer best practice
— Network with appropriate external organizations to identify future new business opportunities
— Build relationships with strategic customers and participates in discussions as needed— Approve contracts & pricing for important customers, as needed
— Develop early warning papers for bids and investments in line with PGS North Asia standard

Required Qualification:
Typically 10+ years sales experience, some in an industrial setting
Inspirational leadership style – ability to communicate and reinforce the vision and strategy of the company
Strong decision making and managerial skills

Very good at network building and teamwork
Financially oriented – good business sense
Strong communication skills - can give presentations to all levels including written communication in English
