Primary Responsibility:
协助现场主管管理工厂的生产、工艺技术、设备技术、质量工作。积极参与影响工厂生产、质量、设备、安全、环保等方面的问题的技术攻关，提出改进方案，优化生产运行，节能降耗，确保装置安、稳、长、满、优运行。
Support site supervisor in site production /process technology /equipment and quality management, participate in technical research which will affect plant production, quality, equipment, safety,
environmental protection etc, provide the improvement plan, optimize production operation, saving energy and reducing consumption, to ensure the steady, long, full and optimal operation.每天巡检工厂操作手册、检修手册、工艺参数执行情况、生产运行状况，发现异常查找原因并提出处理意见，按规定作好巡检记录。
Daily check the execution status of operation manual, maintenance manual /process parameters and operation situation, to find the reasons and provide comments for abnormal situation, make record of inspection in accordance with the regulations.负责每日/月生产报表及其他报表，负责PLC 操作信息的收集、储存、分析和操作员PLC 知识的培训。
Responsible for daily/monthly report and other report, PLC operation information collection /storage/analysis and provide PLC training for operator.按时完成工厂工艺、机、电、仪台帐，检查考核原始记录质量。
Complete site 4process/mechanical/electronic and instrument record in time, check the quality of original record;生产计划的制定和实施。
Responsible for production planning and execution;负责工厂操作手册、检修手册的编写或修订。
Responsible for operation and maintenance manual written and revise;负责生产过程中紧急故障分析及处理，根本原因调查分析，行动计划执行。
Responsible for emergency failure analysis and handle, root cause investigation analysis and action execution in operation;参加技术改造、装备升级工作，参加项目建议书、可研报告的编制。
Participate in technician transform and equipment improvement work, participate in the preparation of project proposal and feasibility report负责装置维护、维修的管理及执行，指导维护、维修工作并对其质量负责。同时严格控制维修费用满足预算要求。
Responsible for plant maintenance management and execution, to guide the maintenance, repair work and responsible for the quality; Control maintenance cost in budget strictly;负责EMOC 的具体实施工作。
Responsible for EMOC execution;负责库存管理，根据工厂库存情况，编制工厂物资需用计划及采购实施。负责物资出入库的管理，合理调整库存结构。
Responsible for inventory management, and make procurement plan and execution accordingly;
Responsible for loading and unloading of goods management, adjust inventory structure reasonably;完成SHEQ 个人指标。
Complete SHEQ personal target;遇紧急事件，按照应急处理流程执行，确保事件得到及时有效处理及上报。
Ensure incident was treated and reported timely and effectively according to emergency procedure in emergency;负责承包商管理及协调工作。
Responsible for contractor management and coordination;负责工厂5S 管理，提升工厂整洁度，提高员工5S 素养。
Responsible for 5S management, improve site 5S attainment;参与客户管理及协调工作，保持与客户的良好沟通及合作。
Participate in customer management and coordination, keep good communication and corporate with customer;协助主管为现场员工提供合适的外部和内部培训机会，负责工厂的培训计划制定及执行。
Support site supervisor to provide suitable internal and out training opportunity for site staff, responsible for site training plan make-up and execution;完成上级交办的临时任务。
Complete other issues arranged by superior;

Execute PM strictly, make sure maintenance KPI meet RGC and area standard;协助主管确保SOP、运行管理制度、SHEQ 管理制度得到有效执行。
Support supervisor to make sure SOP/operation management policy and SHEQ policy execution effectively
Required key skills (functional/technical):
有较好的英语基础，能看懂英文资料，能进行英文写作。
Good command in oral and written English较强的执行力。
Strong execution ability;较强的氢气及空分领域故障分析解决能力。
Strong failure analysis and resolve ability in H2 and ASU process;能熟练使用日常办公软件，如Word、Excel 等。
Able to use office software skillfully, e.g. work/Excel具有较强的人际交往、团队协作能力。
Good human communication and teem collaboration ability;
Required Qualification:
5 年以上化工从业经验，有氢气或者空分经验优先。
5+ years chemical industry experience, with HyCO or ASU experience is proffered;大专及以上学历，机械、电气、仪表、化工、化学专业，化工或者化学背景优先。
College graduate or above, major in mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, chemical industry, chemistry, chemical engineering or chemistry background preferred对工程实践有较深入的了解。
Deep knowledge about engineering practice;
