林德大中华区热招岗位 : CryoFill Account Manager - 低温产品服务客户经理

Role Description:

1. Linde RGC will launch the Helium CryoFill offer as part of a strategic initiative to provide a solid base-load for the increasing helium volumes in the market today. CryoFill service supplies helium and cryogenic services to the magnetic resonance industry.I

2. mplement PG&P CryoFill strategy of developing liquid helium business quickly in China.

Primary Responsibility:

1. Monitor liquid helium (LHe) levels of customers’ MRIs / NMRs.

2. Design and schedule suitable & economic delivery route for different customers in order to reduce the delivery cost and ensure the profitability of CryoFill business.

3. Plan and arrange CryoFill technicians to provide CryoFill to different customers MRIs/NMRs so as to increase the utilization of CryoFill Technicians. The purpose is to improve service level and ensure the profitability of CryoFill business.

4. Builds relationships with key decision makers of MRI/NMR OEMs at multiple levels (e.g., purchasing, technical, service).

5. Manages a portfolio of MRI/NMR OEMs within a defined territory.

6. Reviews account performance and manages contract renewals in a timely manner.

7. Develops account plan and manages implementation; resolves service issues.

8. Develops pricing strategy for assigned territory in alignment with allocation goals.

Required Qualification:

1. More than 8 years of total working experience

2. More than 6 years sales or customer service or related industry experience in a business to business setting preferably within specialized industry

3. University / college degree

4. Good command in oral and written English.

5. Willing to be in business trip frequently

6. Liquid Helium experience or medical experience will be a plus advantage.
