邱锋海先生：
北京声加科技有限公司CEO 清华大学双学士，中国科学院声学研究所硕士 。
具有近二十年的音频、语音信号处理产品研发的经验和成果，以及丰富的管理算法研发、工业产品研发的经验 。曾担任骅讯电子(C-Media）的CTO，主持当前用在骅讯IC上的所有算法研发以及优化工作（除Dolby/ DTS品牌算法外)，并在Realtek, Oculus, HTC，Baidu等畅销产品上使用。曾带领百余人的研发团队完成了世界级知名企业的音频处理芯片的算法部分的开发。
PhilQiu, Who has a double bachelor's degree from Tsinghua University and a master'sdegree from Institute of acoustics, Chinese Academy of Sciences. He has nearly20 years of experience and achievements in audio and speech signal processingproduct research and development, as well as rich experience in managementalgorithm research and development and industrial product development. He onceserved as CTO of c-media, and presided over all algorithm research andoptimization work currently used in Huaxun IC (except Dolby)/ In addition toDTS brand algorithm), and it is used in Realtek, oculus, HTC, Baidu and otherpopular products. He has led the R & D team of more than 100 people tocomplete the development of audio processing chip algorithm part of world-classwell-known enterprises.
