李胜波先生
李胜波，电声硕士，著名电声专家，专门从事音响品类产品的研发设计工作。1998年毕业于南京大学声学研究所，曾先后于哈曼、飞利浦、康佳等国内外著名企业担任高级技术和管理岗位，目前从事技术顾问、技术培训以及专业书籍的整理写作。
历经20余年的学习及实践，积累了大量的声学设计经验并形成了独特而先进的产品开发理念。在飞利浦和哈曼期间，他带领团队一起开发过数百款音响产品，种类涵盖高保真，小型组合，多媒体，家庭影院，SoundBar，Docking，无线，便携式，AI音箱、高保真音乐耳机、专业类音箱等。众多产品在国际市场上大获好评，广受消费者欢迎，对行业发展产生深远影响。
擅长含耳机类音响系统的精准调试，对扬声器单元、系统、DSP、主客观评价有深刻的理解。创建并培训了哈曼的“金耳朵”认证团队，并随后向全社会推广，对音响产品音质的提升起到了极大作用。
培养或者受其影响的工程师很多在行业研发岗位内担任要职，为各自雇主做出了卓越贡献，促进了电声行业整体的发展。
曾在专业期刊上发表文章若干，合著书籍《扬声器系统的理论与应用》等，取得电声类国家及国际发明专利十余项。
SteveLi, Master of Electro-Acoustics, dedicated to Audio product acoustical design. Heis graduated from Acoustics Research Institute of Nanjing University in 1998,and formally worked in Konka Group and Philips Audio as acoustic engineer andteam supervisor, presently work on technical consulting, training and writingin acoustic field.
Afterover 20 years study and work in audio industry, he has accumulated richexperiences on acoustic design and established an unique and advanced system ofproduct development. During his tenure in Philips and Harman, he led his team anddeveloped hundreds of consumer audio products, including hi-fi, Mini, Micro,Multi-Media, Home Theatre, Sound Bar, Docking, Wireless, Portable, andheadphones. Many of them received overwhelming good reviews from experts andconsumers, which had positive impact to audio industry.
He isexpert in audio system tuning, and has deep understanding on speaker driver,speaker system, DSP, and subjective evaluation. He founded and trained the“Golden Ears Committee” in Harman, later extended the training to the wholesociety, which has greatly benefited the sound quality improvement.
Hehas positively influenced many engineers and coworkers in China, a number ofthem are active in Audio industry and made great contribution to the productexcellence.
Hehas published several papers in professional periodicals and is the co-authorfor the book “Loudspeaker System Theory and Applications”. He has filed 10+patents on acoustic design.
