On Feb. 3rd, a special Chinese New Year Celebration and Outstanding Employee Awarding Ceremony was held in GONVVAMA in order to minimize the risk of Covid-19 infection which may arise due to travelling and mass gathering. The Chinese New Year GALA which is supposed to be held in Jan. will be postponed to someday when things are getting better on the epidemic control in China.
Through conference call, employees in GONVVAMA HQ, Chagnshu, Chongqing, Loudi and Shenyang plant reviewed the performance of 2020 and anticipated the challenges and opportunities in 2021 together. Outstanding Employee Awarding Ceremony was held in the sametime.
Orlando Ortego, GONVVAMA CEO, delivered new year speech through video. He spoke highly of the achievements made by all employees in 2020 on epidemic prevention, safety, production, sales，product development and etc., .Thanks to the hardworking of all employees, in 2020, all the key KPIs such as production volume, revenue and etc. were highly above target even with the impact of Covid-19.
After that, 2020 Outstanding Employee Awarding Ceremony was held successively in GONVVAMA HQ, Shenyang, Chongqing, Loudi and Changshu.
After awarding ceremony, all sites started to distribute chinese new year gifts to employees.
