2018年7月31日上午9：08分，华安钢宝利高新汽车板加工（娄底）有限公司（以下简称GONVVAMA娄底公司）二期项目第一块钢板正式下线。市委书记、市人大常委会主任李荐国前往项目生产车间考察，宣布落料生产线正式开机，并见证祝贺第一块钢板下线。
At 9:08 am. July 31st, VAMA Gonvarri advance Automotive Steel Solutions (Loudi) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to asGONVVAMA Loudi ATS) produced its first blank for phase 2 project. Li Jianguo, Loudi Party Secretary, Chairman of loudi standing committee of NPC, visited GONVVAMA manufacturing shop, and announce the official start of blanking line. He witnessed and gave congratulations to the production of the first blank.

GONVVAMA娄底公司成立于2016年3月3日，位于湖南省娄底经济技术开发区，项目总投资1.96亿元，占地面积约为61900平方米。GONVVAMA娄底公司拥有国际领先的激光焊接设备、激光去镀层设备，并且采用到安赛乐米塔尔和Gonvarri成熟的管理经验、技术诀窍，力争成为行业标杆。
Among which GONVVAMA Loudi ATS was established on March 3rd. It's located in Loudi EDZ, with total investment of 196 million RMB and covers 61900 square meter. GONVVAMA Loudi ATS has world-leading welding machine and ablation machine. As benefit of the mature management expertise and technical knowhow from ArcelorMittal and Gonvarri, GONVVAMA try to become the benchmark of the industry.
Gonvvama娄底公司一期项目已于2016年11月投产，项目一期装备有激光切割线，激光拼焊线以及激光去镀层线，项目二期投入落料线以及新一代的激光拼焊线。
GONVVAMA Loudi Phase 1 was put into operation in November 2016, with laser cutting line, laser-welding line and ablation line. Phase 2 has one blanking line and new generation of laser welding line.

GONVVAMA的1250吨冲压落料线完全能够满足全部VAMA高端钢材产品的加工要求，包括超高强度钢和镀铝硅的热冲压成型钢(Usibor®和Ductibor®)
The 1250 ton blanking line can satisfy with the processing requirement of all the high-end steel product from VAMA, including high strength steel, Al-si hot stamping steel (Usibor® and Ductibor®).
钢卷首先被校平，随后由高精度冲压落料线进行异形落料。通过高效的排版技术和先进的落料工艺可以保证最优材料利用率。
The coil is firstly straightened, and then go through shape-blanking from high-accuracy blanking line. Through high-efficiency nesting and advanced blanking, the optimum material-utilization ratio can be guaranteed.
