GONVVAMA Shenyang Employee is Awarded with Liaoning Labor Medal

On 27th April, Guoliang Liu, the Maintenance engineer of Gonvvama Shenyang Plant, got May 1st Labor Medal award of Liaoning Province at Liaoning May 1st Labor Model commendatation conference.

Liaoning May 1st Labor Medal is awarded by Liaoning General Labor Union, specially for the hard-working workers who have outstanding performance. Guoqing Zhang,the Secretary of Liaoning Party committee and Director of Liaoning people's congress attended the commendatory conference and gave a speech. Liu Ning, the vice Secretary of Liaoning Party committee and the governor of Liaoning province, Zhou Bo, the Chairman of Liaoning CPPCC attend the meeting too. There are 600 award-winners for this medal from Liaoning Province.

Guoliang Liu, joined Gonvvama Shenyang as Maintenance Engineer in July 2017. Since then, he kept learning and working hard. During the trail running for a new line, there were many repeated breakdowns, which wasted not only efficiency but also maintenance cost. Guoliang Liu solved the issue by spending lots of time in observing, analyzing and testing. He is also a leader of technical improvement project which saved a big amount of maintenance expenses. The successful experience was shared with other Gonvvma plants.

Guoliang Liu had been awarded with Shenyang May 1st Labor Medal in 2019, And this is his second Labor Medal. Those 2 medals represents the compliment and encouragement for not only himself but also Gonvvama Shenyang. Guoliang Liu reflects the merits of all Gonvvama employees. Whenever there's urgent request, all departments in Shenyang plant, such as production team, maintenance team, logistic team and Q& EHS team, can react quickly and cooperate well, so as to ensure on-time delivery of qualified goods. The maintenance team where Guoliang Liu came form, always work on weekend or holiday when other teams are having rest. Whenever there's difficulty, the team always cooperate and tackle the issue at first time!
