Carbon neutrality is the creation of a net zero of carbon emissions through afforestation, energy conservation and offsetting the carbon dioxide or greenhouse which are directly or indirectly generated by a country, an enterprise, a product, an activity or an individual within a certain period.
GONVVAMA has been committed to energy conservation, emission reduction and green production. The goal is to achieve carbon neutrality before 2030, among which photovoltaic power generation project is an important measure of GONVVAMA. Photovoltaic power generation project with the full use of idle space allows to guarantee basic normal operation of the company in case of power failure caused by force majeure. It also echoes the commitment of GONVVAMA in corporate social responsibility.
Photovoltaic power generation cases:
On the morning of January 25, 2022, GONVVAMA Changshu plant held a grid connection ceremony for 1.43149 MW photovoltaic power generation project.
Mr. Orlando said, "The completion of the Changshu plant will provide one-third of the plant's daily electricity consumption. Driven by the new economy and the new situation, photovoltaic power generation is a good example of our commitment to green production. While we are creating wealth value for society, we are also mindful of our environmental impact."

GONVVAMA Changshu plant
Through the project, annual CO2 emissions will be reduced by 866 tons, So2 emissions by 45.18 tons and Nox emissions by 75.3 tons.
On the morning of September 23rd, 2022, GONVVAMA Shenyang plant held a ceremony to celebrate the grid connection of 1.22189 MW rooftop distribute photovoltaic power project. The project adopts the way of self-use and surplus electricity consumption, and makes use of the idle area on the roof of the plant and the top of the parking lot to build a distributed solar photovoltaic power generation project. After completion, the annual photovoltaic power generation will reach 1,411,800 KWH.
GONVVAMA Shenyang plant
On the morning of Oct 13, 2022, GONVVAMA Chongqing plant held the grid connection ceremony for 881.265 KW rooftop distributed photovoltaic power project. The project is the third photovoltaic power plant built by GONVVAMA. It is also the first distributed photovoltaic power plant in Beibei District of Chongqing.
