北斗星通与挪威Sensonor公司日前签署战略合作及唯一代理协议，将就惯性导航传感器业务开展深入合作。北斗星通公司成为Sensonor公司的战略合作伙伴和中国区唯一代理，将凭借雄厚实力，显著增强Sensonor公司在国内市场的影响力。双方将合作推出更加适合中国市场的高性能陀螺仪和惯性测量单元（IMU）系列产品，为推动国内MEMS惯性导航领域的发展做出自己的贡献。

Sensonor AS and Beijing BDStar Navigation Co., Ltd. enter into extended distribution and strategic partnership agreement Sensonor and Beijing BDStar have agreed to cooperate more extensively in building the business for inertial sensors in the Chinese market. With Beijing BDStar having a strong presence in China with Head Quarter in Beijing, Sensonor will increase its presence in this industrial technically advanced and growing market even more and be able to offer its customer base more localized service.
Beijing BDStar becomes Sensonor´s only distributor in China to carry Sensonor's range of high performance gyro sensors, gyro modules and Inertial Measurement Units (IMUs) and will be able to support customers with products from stock. Beijing BDStar and Sensonor will initiate a strategic cooperation to provide the best products and services for Chinese market.
The Norway made Gyro modules and IMUs from Sensonor are the smallest and highest performing commercially available products in this category, worldwide. The products are used in a range of applications in the area of Industrial, Aerospace and Defense, and are used for navigation, guidance and stabilization purposes.
