On July 22nd, the 11th Trützschler thermobonding line, with a width of 3.8 meters, successfully put into production at Fujian Wisdom New Material Co., Ltd.
该线为3.8米幅宽双梳理热风生产线，配备有最先进的中仓混棉系统，专为0.8D, 0.6D甚至 0.4D超细纤维热风非织造布的高速稳定生产而量身打造，更可以实现包含多种纤维尤其是亲水、拒水纤维的高精度均质混合的功能性面层材料的精确生产!
This line is a double carding thermobonding production line with a working width of 3.8 meters, equipped with the most advanced Blending Bin Compact system, tailored specifically for the high-speed and stable running of 0.8D, 0.6D, and even 0.4D ultrafine fiber. It can achieve precise production of functional top sheet materials with high-precision homogeneous mixing of various fibers, especially hydrophilic and hydrophobic fibers.
