Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the quality of the external supply chain parts and continue improvement of the suppliers in the specific material group. Management and maintenance of documents and databases of supplier quality issues;

2. Nonconformity disposal and follow up;

3. Teach and train suppliers quality people about inspection requirements of Rieter;

4. Make outgoing inspection on supplier side;

5. Provide technique and quality support to supplier and give them some coach if needed;

6. Support Supply Management together with Quality Planning for supplier evaluation;

7. Conduct supplier process audit and process capability validation for special and critical parts, components and processes;

8. Be the contact for supplier for quality issues with smooth and effective communication;

    

Qualification:

The ideal candidate is likely to have the following competences:

1. Bachelor or above in mechanical engineering or Material;

2. Working experience of SQE in analyzes and resolve NC material received from the suppliers;

3. Good knowledge in mechanical manufacturing (sheet metal, machining, ...);

4. Working experience in process quality control tools and audit;

5. working experience in supplier quality management;

6. Fluent in both written and spoken English;

7. Team player;

8. Good communication.

Duties and Responsibilities：

1. Ensure materials on time delivery and control stock
   level ;

2. Make material planning based on master planning;

3. Work with Supply Management team to ensure material
   on time delivery;

4. Support project manager on localization issues;

5. In cooperation with Master Planning to meet
   customers' requirement;

6. Other task assigned by production planning
   supervisor.

    

Qualification:

1. College degree or above, major in MRP/Material or
   similar;

2. 2 years working experience in material planning management experience;

3. Experience of ERP system, preferred SAP with PP and
   MM module;

4. Be familiar with Microsoft office;

5. Leadership with good communication skill and team
   spirit;

6. Basic in both written and spoken English;

7. Logical thinking and Strong math’s statistic &
   analysis ability

Duties and Responsibilities:

Responsible for the professional execution (project Management) of one or more big customer contracts starting from order intake until end of warranty.

1. Monitoring of project delivery process together with RMS Conversion and
   RMS Operations to ensure quality of delivery.

2. Preparation and coordination of project installation with customer e.g.
   site inspections, fulfilment of installation pre-requisites, etc.

3. Coordination of the installation with 3rd party supplier (e.g. transport
   system provider) etc.) together with RMS Mill Planning

4. Project management and support with the installation project responsible
   and the technology responsible to deliver the project to customer as sold.

5. Monitoring project execution progress against plan, fact based
   escalation of deviations and implementation of mitigation/recovery measures

6. Provide professional project progress reporting towards relevant
   internal parties and towards the customer's counterpart.

7. Address and sustainable resolve customer complaints early and effective
   within the project team or the responsible Rieter organization whilst ensuring
   feedback to customer at any time.

8. Responsible for project hand-over and customer acceptance.

9. Planning and delivery of customer ramp-up support i.e. ensure customer's
   team is well trained regarding safety, machine operation, maintenance and other
   general practices

10. Editing and maintenance of operating and installation manuals of the
    Rieter products

11. Research work on the responsible products at the Engineering, Service
    and Technology department at all Rieter engineering platforms

12. Establishing and adapting of graphics used at the operating manual (cuts
    and assemblies)

13. Translation and proof reading management

14. Publication and archiving of operating manuals in hard copy, CD and PDF

15. Usability test of the responsible documents

Qualification:

1. Engineering or business related education, Bachelor or Master Degree, advanced degree preferred

2. Project Management professional (Certified Project Manager, SCRUM expert) incl. solid user experience of supporting tools)

3. Hands on experience in plant engineering/construction (project installations)

4. Strong Knowledge and experience in using lean six sigma/tools

5. Textile expertise preferred (spinning process)

6. Experience in the field of After Sales Service

7. Experienced in structured problem solving methodologies

8. Strong communication and fact based escalation capabilities (internally e.g. within the project team but also towards the customer)

9. Highly customer oriented and service driven

10. Good people management and motivation skills in global project team

11. International business exposure and proven inter cultural competences, able to effectively work in a matrix organization

12. Speaks and writes fluently in English

13. Solid use of standard office applications (e.g. excel, word, power point, MS Project)
    

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Daily place po, track for delivery date confirm and on-time delivery from supplier.

2. Daily material planning.

3. Supplier development under company rules.

4. Negotiate with supplier on price, LT, arrange contract signed, quality and cost control.

5. Manage and evaluate supplier.

6. Monthly report made.

7. Other assignments.

‍Qualification:

1. Bachelor degree or above, major in engineering or mechanical.

2. At least 4years working experience in sheet metal, mechanical and electrical parts sourcing and purchasing.

3. Familiar with sourcing and purchasing procedure.

4. Be able to read the part drawing.

5. Good communication & negotiation skill, Clear mind, Responsible and careful, result-oriented.

6. Fluent in both written and oral English.

Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Mount carding wire incl. flat tops
2. Grind carding wires
3. Able to set a card
4. Got an understanding of wires and how to choose the correct specification
5. Textile technological knowledge from Raw material to yarn/fabric is an advantage 
6. English communication is an advantage
7. Good interpersonal communication skills

Qualification:
1. Junior college or above
2. At least 10 years on site experience in  service of carding or clothing
3. Familiar with carding machinery, technology... etc
4. Familiar with Graf products
