Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsible for the quality of the external supply chain parts and continue improvement of the suppliers in the specific material group. Management and maintenance of documents and databases of supplier quality issues;
Nonconformity disposal and follow up;
Teach and train suppliers quality people about inspection requirements of Rieter;
Make outgoing inspection on supplier side;
Provide technique and quality support to supplier and give them some coach if needed;
Support Supply Management together with Quality Planning for supplier evaluation;
Conduct supplier process audit and process capability validation for special and critical parts, components and processes;
Be the contact for supplier for quality issues with smooth and effective communication;
Qualification:
The ideal candidate is likely to have the following competences:
Bachelor or above in mechanical engineering or Material;
Working experience of SQE in analyzes and resolve NC material received from the suppliers;
Good knowledge in mechanical manufacturing (sheet metal, machining, ...);
Working experience in process quality control tools and audit;
working experience in supplier quality management;
Fluent in both written and spoken English;
Team player;
Good communication.
Production Planner-Assembly
Duties and Responsibilities:
Ensure materials on time delivery and control stock
level ;Make material planning based on master planning;
Work with Supply Management team to ensure material
on time delivery;Support project manager on localization issues;
In cooperation with Master Planning to meet
customers' requirement;Other task assigned by production planning
supervisor.
Qualification:
College degree or above, major in MRP/Material or
similar;2 years working experience in material planning management experience;
Experience of ERP system, preferred SAP with PP and
MM module;Be familiar with Microsoft office;

Project Manager RAS - Shanghai
Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsible for the professional execution (project Management) of one or more big customer contracts starting from order intake until end of warranty.
Monitoring of project delivery process together with RMS Conversion and
RMS Operations to ensure quality of delivery.Preparation and coordination of project installation with customer e.g.
site inspections, fulfilment of installation pre-requisites, etc.Coordination of the installation with 3rd party supplier (e.g. transport
system provider) etc.) together with RMS Mill PlanningProject management and support with the installation project responsible
and the technology responsible to deliver the project to customer as sold.Monitoring project execution progress against plan, fact based
escalation of deviations and implementation of mitigation/recovery measuresProvide professional project progress reporting towards relevant

Qualification:

Strong Knowledge and experience in using lean six sigma/tools
Textile expertise preferred (spinning process)

Qualification:
Bachelor degree or above, major in engineering or mechanical.
At least 4years working experience in sheet metal, mechanical and electrical parts sourcing and purchasing.
Familiar with sourcing and purchasing procedure.
Be able to read the part drawing.
Good communication & negotiation skill, Clear mind, Responsible and careful, result-oriented.
Fluent in both written and oral English.
Service Engineer – Graf Xinjiang
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Mount carding wire incl. flat tops
2. Grind carding wires
3. Able to set a card
4. Got an understanding of wires and how to choose the correct specification
5. Textile technological knowledge from Raw material to yarn/fabric is an advantage
6. English communication is an advantage
7. Good interpersonal communication skills
Qualification:
1. Junior college or above
2. At least 10 years on site experience in service of carding or clothing
3. Familiar with carding machinery, technology... etc
4. Familiar with Graf products

Senior Mechanical Engineer
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Lead product development and coordination with global team
2. Mechanical design for sub machines and components
3. Carry out field test and trace result
4. Technical support for production line
5. Engineering work for localization
6. Provide solutions to customer complains from design perspective
Qualification:
1. Bachelor or above in Mechanical related
2. More than Five years mechanical engineering experience, experience in large manufacture will be prefer
3. Have 3D software experience

Senior Electronic Engineer
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Provide technical support and solutions to customers. This includes electronic repairs down to the level of components (daily repair jobs), machine diagnostic and identification of problem areas which may result in system failures, all kinds of measurements and also execute trouble shooting on customer machines.
2. Review working procedures and workflows on a regular basis and recommend enhancement or automation on such if deemed necessary.
3. Manage workflow of repair service such as turnaround time in repairing as well as customer complaints.
4. Ensure that repair services are reaching and keeping the European standard.
5. Analysing complex system performance and operation data's.
6. Manage customer expectations by quick, clear and accurate delivery of pro-active action, information and responses to customer (internal and external).
7. Stock management and local parts sourcing
8. Travel occasionally and willing to travel on short notice.
9. Support the development and growth of the technical Service Centre and promoting preventive maintenance business.
10. Manage the day-to-day activities with the electronic service team members to provide high quality service to internal and external customers.
Qualification:
1. University degree holder, major in industrial automation/electronics
2. Minimum of 5 years’ experience in technical service.
3. Strong analytical skill is required, good knowledge on troubleshooting Know-how of the downstream processes
