Production Engineer—Sheet Metal
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Release samples on time according to customer's requirement;
2. Technical problem solving during production;
3. Offer accurate sample quotation to customer in time;
4. Mater data/ BOM/ Routing maintain in SAP;
5. Follow up sample MO until release on time;
6. Define and implement layout;
7. Make out working instruction for critical parts;
8. Issue and improve laser program to workshop;
9. Design and improve tools and fixture for samples and series production;
10. Solve technical problem for samples and series production;
11. Improve productivity by process optimized.
Qualification:
1. At least bachelor degree in Mechanical engineering or related;
2. years working experience in production technology in sheet metalfabrication;
3. 1 years working experience in UG/Auto CAD or similar;
4. Experience of SAP with PP and MM module;
5. Be familiar with Microsoft office;
6. Good at communication skills with cross function and globe team;
7. Basic in both written and spoken English;
8. Conscientious, responsible, rigorous; active, independent; assiduously,perseverance.
Shift Supervisor —Sheet Metal
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Build production team including new employee orientation, coaching,training and developing, retain key staff;
2. Organize production in workshop according to planning;
3. Ensure high productivity, on time delivery and good quality;
4. Implement TPM for value stream line to guarantee high machine OEE;
5. Responsible for 5S in workshop;
6. Responsible for Implementation EHS rules to ensure safety production;
7. Collect production data from SAP for weekly productivity report;
8. Implement lean production in workshop;
9. Other task assigned by Manager.
Qualification:
1. At least College degree in Mechanical or Engineering or related;
2. Working Worker management experience;
3. Experience of SAP with PP and MM module;
4. Can adapt shift;
5. Good communication skill, leadership, positive and result orientation;

Sales Engineer RAS – Central Area(Jiangsu,Zhejiang, Shanghai, Anhui, Jiangxi, Hubei)
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Responsibility for proactive sales of the Rieter After Sales Portfolio
2. Achievement of FO and Sales 3rd budgets for assigned region
3. Safeguarding adequate market presence in the assigned region
4. Achievement of targeted market shares in assigned region
5. Establishment and active follow up of sales plans for assigned region
6. Proactive promotion of Rieter After Sales Portfolio based on specificcustomer needs
7. Input for budget setting for assigned territories
8. Monthly RFCST for FO 3rd
9. Regular customer visits
10. Establishment and expansion of the market presence, defining the sales strategy
11. Organisation of symposiums, trade fair participation and customer events
12. Establishment and negotiation of customer contracts, safeguardingconformity with Rieter standards

Senior Elo Engineer – Changzhou
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Provide technical support and solutions to customers. This includeselectronic repairs down to the level of components (daily repair jobs), machinediagnostic and identification of problem areas which may result in systemfailures, all kinds of measurements and also execute trouble shooting oncustomer machines.
2. Review working procedures and workflows on a regular basis and recommendenhancement or automation on such if deemed necessary.
3. Manage workflow of repair service such as turnaround time in repairingas well as customer complaints.
4. Ensure that repair services are reaching and keeping the Europeanstandard.
5. Analysing complex system performance and operation data's.
6. Manage customer expectations by quick, clear and accurate delivery ofpro-active action, information and responses to customer (internal andexternal).
7. Stock management and local parts sourcing
8. Travel occasionally and willing to travel on short notice.
9. Support the development and growth of the technical Service Centre andpromoting preventive maintenance business.

Qualification:
1. University degree holder, major in industrial automation/electronics
2. Minimum of 5 years experience in technical service.

Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Lead team to fulfill all the trails with optimal result
2. Manage spin center with full utilization
3. Control the test reporting
4. Responsible for all spin center machine maintenance
5. Monitoring and control technical processes
6. Management and organization of spin center
7. Distributing information to the stakeholders of other functions
8. Planning of the schedule for machine allocation and controlling optimalutilization at Spin Center.
9. Creating detailed test programs for customer spinning trials.
10. Monitoring and controlling of the practical test runs and adhering tothe deadlines of the respective trials.
11. Establishing customer test reports in line with standard requirements ofthe Sales Department resp. the customers as well as according to internalminimal quality specifications
12. Adherence to time schedules of all trials

Duties and Responsibilities:
