Product Manager
Duties and Responsibilities:
OPERATIONNAL:
Technical & technological support of Sales organization
Approvals / refusals / clarifications in case of local projects / orders with non-standard specifications (so-called C-Orders) in coordination with global team
Support for Exhibitions / Road shows / Symposia / Promotion
Support and active participation for Training Sales organization & Agents
Mentioning competitor watch
ADMINISTRATIVE
Support for technical product benchmarking including Olympiads
Collect and compile data to feed sales tools (Speed, Spica, TVO etc.)
Strategical
Propose product strategy, product life cycles and product road maps for designated local market
Define local market requirements and resulting product requirements
Qualification:
The ideal candidate is likely to have the following competences:
Bachelor or above in Textile related
More than 10 years in industrial goods environment (B to B)
Fluent in both written and spoken English, good presentation/teaching skills
Technical understanding
Customer understanding
Supportive attitude
Good knowledge of Textile
Different cultures understanding
Customer Service Engineer
Duties and Responsibilities:
Check & Release all material orders under warranty or without cost
Solve most of the problems by oneself in time (80%)
Assigns the Clarifier responsible to solve the problem(20%)
Follows up the fast solutions from the Clarifier and enters them in the CORN report
Prepares the correspondence for the Reporter (Customer)
Informs the Control about the solution
Align with other locations referee to prepare CORN meeting materials
Record & Sort the return parts from the customers
Qualification:
Bachelor degree or above, major in Textile or machinery
Strong knowledge of Rieter textile machine, In particular, Ring spinning machine
Service experience in the customer site
Strong communication skill, field and customer oriented, Team spirit
Fluent in both written and oral English.
Strong analytical skill is required, good knowledge on troubles
Flair for mechanics, machine performances and interrelated functions
Electronic Service Intern
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the products post maintenance
2. Responsible for the products maintenance pretest
3. Complete the maintenance report
4. Other jobs assigned by the ELO manager
Qualification:
The Ideal candidate is likely to have the following competences:
1. Graduate in 2018, College or above in Electronic or Electronic Information
2. Solid knowledge in electronics
3. Good ability to analyse the fault
4. Patient and a strong sense of composure
PS: Good performer during its internship will be converted into regular full-time employee.
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for all CAD CAM, programming and optimization;•
2. Responsible for all engineering changes follow up and monitoring;
3. Responsible for define and optimize the current machining process;
4. Responsible for process document such as WI, tools list, process sheet;
5. Responsible for standard work and kaizen project;
6. Responsible for maintain the SAP routings and keep them updated
7. Responsible for daily technical problem solving in the shop floor
Qualification:
1. At least bachelor degree or equilibrate experience;
2. Experience in CNC turning, milling and grinding of steels & cast irons
3. 5 years working experience in Application & manufacturing of round & cubicle metal components(milling, turning);
4. Deep understanding of tolerance chains;
5. Experience / knowledge in quality control;
6. Good at communication skills with cross function and globe team;
7. Fluent in both written and spoken English, at least CET-4;
8. Conscientious, responsible, rigorous; active, independent; assiduously, perseverance.
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the quality of the external supply chain parts and continue improvement of the suppliers in the specific material group.
2. Management and maintenance of documents and databases of supplier quality issues;
3. Nonconformity disposal and follow up;
4. Teach and train suppliers quality people about inspection requirements of Rieter;
5. Make outgoing inspection on supplier side;
6. Provide technique and quality support to supplier and give them some coach if needed;
7. Support Supply Management together with Quality Planning for supplier evaluation;
8. Conduct supplier process audit and process capability validation for special and critical parts, components and processes;
9. Be the contact for supplier for quality issues with smooth and effective communication;
Qualification:
1. Bachelor or above in mechanical engineering or Material;
2. Working experience of SQE in analyzes and resolve NC material received from the suppliers;
3. Good knowledge in mechanical manufacturing (sheet metal, machining...);
4. Working experience in process quality control tools and audit;
5. working experience in supplier quality management;•
6. Fluent in both written and spoken English;
7. Team player;
8. Good communication.
