2023年7月1日，诺博汽车宝马事业部组织了“行走的力量”大型文化建设活动，活动于早上7：30分在棋盘山开始，历时2小时13分钟，行走里程12公里。

远离城市的喧嚣，在徒步中静下心来，与自己的内心对话。在未知的道路上努力前行，在一片未知的领域中不停探索，领悟更多人生的真谛，找寻真实的自己。

一群人，一条路，坚持一直走下去

在一起，不容易，相守更加了不起

今天的行走，让我对团队管理有了新的认识，我们不能只想走的快，也要考虑我们的团队是不是都能跟上.在过去的几个月里，大家一起克服了重重困难，我们既要拥抱上半年的达成成果，又要思考如何去面对下半年和今后越来越大的挑战，只有坚持才会发现什么是胜利，在建党102周年之际，学习先辈精神，享受在达成理想的道路上不断经历曲折后收获的过程，不断实现自我价值，走出公司不断前进的道路。
