It is true that starting a new work is very difficult at first, so do I. Using different languages illustrate a barrier within colleagues and also influence on work effectiveness. Therefore, the question is “How to cancel this kind of barrier?” and BPT has solved it well by an outside activity that we call “ Team spirit ”.
和大部分人一样，投身一份新的工作，开头往往是非常困难的。因为语言的不同，同事之间会产生障碍，这种障碍也影响了我们的工作效率。那么，我们的问题来了，该“如何消除这种障碍”呢？超盈国际特意为我们组织了一次叫做“团队精神”的户外活动。
We organize the list of games that require performing as a team. Particularly, each member of the teams has to ensure the absolute belief, and cooperative spirit of the team.
我们采用团队协助的方式一起完成了团队活动列表。详细地说，就是要每一个团队成员对团队有绝对的信任和高度的团队合作精神。
We find another way to communicate using body language and learn how to believe in team members. Language barrier would be forgotten entirely during the activities of day. Moreover, playing games also help to relax after hardworking hours, especially for the people who work in a different country like me as they have to deal with homesick. Physical activity helps reduce stress and prevents some cases of depression. Exercise reduces anxiety, and consistent activity provides more relief for anxiety and depression.
在活动的过程中，我们摸索出了通过身体语言的方式进行沟通，还学会了对团队成员的信任，语言的障碍在那天的活动中被完全克服了。此外，玩游戏让我们在辛勤工作之余得到很好的放松，尤其是像我这种来自其他国家到这工作的人，因为我们还需要应对乡愁。身体运动有助于减少压力和消除负面的情绪。运动可以缓解人的焦虑，而持续的运动更是有效缓解焦虑和抑郁情绪的方法。
Better self-esteem often results from consistent recreation, partially due to a decrease in stress and the overall feeling of well-being that occurs from regular aerobic exercise. Breathing fresh air in a natural, serene environment also helps many people to relax and reduce stress and anxiety. Hence, I realize that BPT’s outdoor activity adds more power and strength for me to be suitable with new working environment.
持续、有规律的有氧活动有助于增强自尊心、减少压力和提升幸福感。在宁静的自然环境下呼吸着新鲜的空气，有助于人们更好地放松自己，减少压力和焦虑。这时，我意识到超盈国际的户外活动不知不觉中给了我更多的力量，帮助我更好的适应这个新的环境。
In order to perform the best status in working, I believe that working spirit plays an essential role in working improvement. Thus, it is my expectation as well as other colleagues that BPT will organize other outside activities in the following time. Through that way, it will enhance the corporation ability as well as solidarity among Vietnam’s department.
我相信工作状态在提升工作品质上发挥着重要的作用，为了在工作中展现出最好的状态，我和其他都同事期待着超盈国际组织的下一次户外活动。通过团队活动，提升了越南项目部的团队合作能力和凝聚力。
