Noteworthy groundbreaking ceremony took place today, Friday, 27 April 2018 to mark the first official day of construction of the Best Pacific Textiles Lanka (Pvt) Ltd by turning the first turf on the building site and implanting the foundation stones by Mr. Kane Zhang, Chief Executive Officer - Best Pacific International Holdings Limited, Chairman of Board of Directors of Best pacific Textiles Lanka (Pvt) Limited and Mr. Ashroff Omar, Chief Executive Officer, Brandix Lanka Limited & Director Best Pacific Textiles Lanka (Pvt) Limited. The occasion was graced by distinguish personalities, representing both entities, various Sri Lankan Government Institutions and well - wishers.

A range of celebrating activities were held right after the groundbreaking ceremony, the National anthem performance and raising both the Chinese and Sri Lankan National flags respectively represented this successful joint venture and the continued benefit to the next generations in both countries.
在动工仪式上，同时也举行了各种庆祝活动。首先，分别在中国和斯里兰卡的国歌伴奏下升起了各自的国旗，希望双方的合作能不受领土边界限制，形成不可分割的纽带，并造福几代人。
