地时间10月15日-17日,中哲新能源与战略伙伴携手亮相尼日利亚能源展(Nigeria Energy 2024),展示我司前沿技术和创新储能方案。深入尼日利亚市场,与当地客户及行业专家共同探讨西非储能新风向。


尼日利亚位于西非东南部,年光伏辐照度从1.5MWh/㎡到2.2MWh/不等。自2018年它超越南非成为非洲最大经济体,据不完全统计,截至目前尼日利亚总人口已接近3亿人口。该国煤和天然气在能源结构中占比达81%,由于电力供应生产、传输和分配不足,全国约有9200万人无法获得电力供应。

Nigeria is located in the southeastern part of West Africa, with annual solar irradiation ranging from 1.5MWh/㎡ to 2.2MWh/㎡. Since surpassing South Africa in 2018, it has become the largest economy in Africa. According to incomplete statistics, Nigeria's total population has now reached nearly 300 million. Coal and natural gas account for 81% of the country’s energy mix, but due to insufficient production, transmission, and distribution of electricity, approximately 92 million people across the nation lack access to power.

Between 2017 and 2023, Nigeria's national grid collapsed 46 times, forcing many Nigerians to rely on generators for 40% of their electricity needs, despite the high costs. With the growing demand for reliable power solutions and the exploration of sustainable energy, the Nigerian government has removed fuel subsidies and introduced a series of incentive policies and tax relief measures, opening up vast opportunities for the solar and energy storage market.

The Nigeria Energy 2024 exhibition is the leading industry event in West Africa, themed "Driving Sustainable Energy Supply in Nigeria." It is dedicated to showcasing the latest technologies and products in the power and new energy sectors. The event serves as a platform for communication and collaboration, planning the direction for a brighter energy future in West Africa, and attracting hundreds of exhibitors and thousands of professional attendees from around the globe.



此次展会,中哲集团董事长杨和荣先生与中哲新能源总经理陈斌先生莅临现场,与当地客户进行深度交流,密切关注尼日利亚的储能需求和未来发展,提出支持建设本地化团队,坚持本地仓模式进行业务推广的战略方向,极大激励鼓舞了非洲市场的销售团队。

At this exhibition, Mr. Yang, Chairman of CHISAGE Group, and Mr. Chen, General Manager of CHISAGE ESS, attended the event, engaging in in-depth discussions with local customers while closely monitoring the energy storage needs and future development of Nigeria. They proposed a strategic direction to support the establishment of a localized team and to persist in using a local warehousing model for business promotion, which greatly inspired and motivated the sales team in the African market.




据了解,目前尼日利亚储能空间发展巨大,主要分为家庭储能工商业储能两大类。其中,家庭储能产品必须采取当地备货模式销售,这主要是由当地人的消费模式导致的,与欧洲等其他市场存在明显差异。工商业储能方面,小到10kW大到MW级别在尼日利亚都有运用场景,已有友商完成了2.4MWh的集装箱储能项目,为我司提供了良好的借鉴。
It is understood that there is significant potential for energy storage development in Nigeria, primarily divided into two categories: residential storage and commercial/industrial storage. Residential storage products must adopt a local inventory sales model, which is mainly driven by the consumption patterns of local residents and differs significantly from markets in Europe and other regions. In terms of commercial and industrial storage, applications range from as small as 10 kW to MW-level systems in Nigeria. A competitor has already completed a 2.4 MWh container energy storage project, providing a valuable reference for our company.



中哲新能源因地制宜,已快速布局了尼日利亚当地仓储及专业团队,初步安排了十个柜左右的货量已在当地进行地推,取得了显著成效。在展会现场,我们向更多客户展示了我司Mars低压三相户用解决方案Jup低压单相户用解决方案Merc高压工商业解决方案,满足用户不同的使用需求,进一步提高品牌的影响力。
CHISAGE ESS has quickly established local warehousing and a professional team in Nigeria, adapting to local conditions. Initially, around ten containers of goods have been arranged for local promotion, achieving significant results. At the exhibition, we showcased our Mars low-voltage three-phase residential solution, Jup low-voltage single-phase residential solution, and Merc high-voltage commercial and industrial solution to a wider audience, catering to various user needs and further enhancing our brand influence.
