On 6th June 2018, the Official Journal of the European Union published regulations (EU)2018/831 to amend Regulation (EU)No 10/2011 on plastic materials and articles intended to come into contact with food.
Annex I to Regulation (EU) No 10/2011 is amended as follows:
1. the entries concerning FCM substances No 822 and No 974 are replaced by the following:

This Regulation shall enter into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.
