Dear Valued MTS Clients and MTS Employees
Season’s greetings to you all!
2020 has been a difficult year. Covid-19 has proven to be an adversary to business globally and has impacted us all personally. It has forced us all to quickly adjust to a new short term reality while allowing us to plan for the future.
In times like these, it is important to reflect on the priorities we have personally and as a business: To recognize the strong partnerships and friendships we have built as a company with our valued clients; To recognize the individuals that are the upcoming leaders at MTS; And, to continue to grow and adapt to the new challenges we face together.
We must continue to strive to improve ourselves in our client relationships, company processes, and management. In 2020 we have integrated new technologies at MTS- utilizing technologies such as AI for efficient chemical data analysis and rolling out our Virtual Inspection to assist our clients. We have expanded our product testing capabilities with the opening of the food testing lab in Dongguan and the genomic testing laboratory in Hong Kong.
We continue to plan more goals for 2021, to continue to grow as a business and explore more ways to provide the best service to our clients.
I wish for everyone to have a safe and healthy holiday season.

2020年是艰难的一年。Covid-19给我们全球的业务带来了巨大挑战，并且影响了我们每一个人。它迫使我们所有人不得不迅速适应当下短期现状，同时计划我们的未来。
在这样的时代，最重要的是作为企业及个人，我们要认真思考：重视我们作为企业与尊贵的客户建立的牢固的伙伴关系和友谊；重视即将成为MTS领导者的个人，以继续发展并适应我们共同面临的新挑战。
我们必须在改善与客户的关系，公司的运作和管理方面努力进行自我提升。2020年，我们推出了一些新技术，比如利用AI等技术进行高效的的化学数据分析，并推出了虚拟检验服务以协助客户。我们通过在东莞开设食品测试实验室和在香港开设基因组测试实验室，扩大了我们的产品测试能力。
我们将继续为2021年计划更多的目标，以继续扩展业务，并探索更多方式为客户提供最佳的服务。
我希望每个人都有一个安全健康的假期。
