4. Strong experience and theories in laser welding process.

5. Experience of equipment development and project management. 

6. Basic mechanical design experience and ability of troubleshooting for automations.

7. Knowledge and experience in programming of PLC, HMI, C++ and industrial computer control and electrical principles and control theories. 

8. Strong analytical skills, knowledge, and experience in process evaluation, using DOE, PFMEA, PPK, GR&R, statistical data analysis, risk analysis, flow layout and other related engineering methods.

9. Preferred knowledge in Lean & Six Sigma.

10. Familiar with production output, yield, and quality control methodologies.
