6. 了解夹具加工工艺（如机加工、热处理等），能对接加工厂家进行夹具试制、验收；

3. Can design the complex mold including over-mold, hot runner with multi-slide block, know how to choose the correct steel material for different plastic material.

4. Excellent experience on optimization the mold design to reduce the injection cycle time and use the proper machine size to control the part cost.

5. Can analyze the product design issues that may impact the mold fabrication, mold life and may cause the molding issues, and optimize the design accordingly.

6. Good tooling project management skills, can sense the potential schedule and technical risk, and solve it in time.

7. Be familiar with UG / AutoCAD / PowerPoint / Moldflow / Excel

8. Fluency in both listening and speaking  English is preferred.

9. A self-starter with an approach. Eager to drive key initiatives and see them through to successful implementation.

10. Prior work experience in Vietnam more than 2 years is preferred.

11. Must be willing to work long-term in Vietnam under a local Vietnamese contract.
