广州铭源船舶管理有限公司成立于2010年9月，注册资金陆佰零壹万元人民币，是一家经过工商行政管理局批准的，海事主管部门认可的，船员管理资质健全的专业性船员管理公司，是广东省为数不多的具有海员外派服务资质的公司。因业务发展需要，于2015年5月在上海航运中心成立广州铭源船舶管理（上海）有限公司。
Guangzhou Mingyuan Ship Management Co., Ltd., authorized by the industrial and commercial bureau and approved by the maritime administration authority, was established in September 2010, with the registered capital of six million and ten thousand Yuan RMB. It is one of the few companies with professional and sound seafarer management qualification in Guangdong Province. Since business grows up, Guangzhou Mingyuan ship Management(SH) Co.,Ltd was found at Shanghai Shipping Center in May, 2015.
