2016年11月1日，广东振戎带领库拉索访团参观广东大鹏液化天然气有限公司与深圳能源集团股份有限公司东部电厂。广东大鹏液化天然气有限公司是一家以中国海洋石油总公司为最大股东、英国石油公司BP为合作外方的中外合资企业，并且是广东液化天然气接收站和输气干线项目的建设和经营实体；深圳能源集团东部电厂是由深圳能源集团股份有限公司全资投资建设，是广东省和深圳市“十一五”期间重大建设项目，紧邻广东液化天然气（LNG）接收站。
Curaçao delegation visited Guangdong DapengLNG Company Ltd. and Shenzhen Energy Dongbu Power Plant on1 November2016 underthe lead of GDZR. Guangdong Dapeng LNG Company Ltd. is a Sino-foreign jointventure which the largest shareholder is CNOOC and the foreign Partner isBritish Petroleum.Dapeng is one of the constructor and operator ofthe GuangdongLNG Terminal and Trunkline Project. Shenzhen Energy Dongbu Power Plant is amajor construction project in Guangdong Provinceand Shenzhen City during the Eleventh-FiveYear Plan period, which is wholly ownedby Shenzhen Energy Group Co., Ltd. It locates nearby Guangdong LNG receiving terminal.
