UOM Automation(short for United Ocean Marine Engineering Co.,Limited)is mainly composed of professional engineers who have been engaged in ship automation repair and ship building for more than 10 years.

Our principal business areas are marine electrical and pneumatic devices repair and design as well as debugging,  including M/E control system,A/E control system,main switch board,boiler control system,alarm monitor system,purifier control system,steering gear control system,fire alarm system and so on.Further more,we undertake some land industrial control system design,installation,debugging,brand new or second hand spare parts supply.

公司组建了专业的板式冷却器清洗队伍，十多年来，为SEASPAN、MSC、MAERSK等全球各大船东、船队管理公司清洗板式冷却器2000多台，从未发生过安全事故或质量问题。

UOM has set up a professional plate cooler cleaning team,and has been providing plate cooler cleaning services to major ship owners, fleet management companies such as SEASPAN, MSC, MAERSK for over a dozen years.The quantity of plate coolers serviced is more than 2000 sets,with no safety accidents or quality issues occurring.

公司已获得针对奥氏体不锈钢（SMO254）出海管的最新焊接技术资质（WPS）：

SMO254管材对接焊、管材法兰烧焊

SMO254管材对船外板焊接

SMO254管对316L支架焊接

并已承接10多个脱硫塔烟冲预制和安装、管系的预制和安装项目。

UOM has obtained the latest Welding Procedure Specification (WPS)of Austenitic stainless steel (SMO254)sea pipe:

SMO254 pipe butt-welding,pipe to flange welding;

SMO254 pipe to outboard welding;

SMO254 pipe to 316L bracket welding

and has completed more than 10 projects related to prefabrication and installation for scrubber funnels and piping systems.

2022年，我们针对荷兰船东EURONAV公司海洋工程项目某些特殊需求，为其研发了350T自动脱缆钩装置，并取得了BV船级社认证，填补了国内大于或等于同等吨位脱缆钩装置的空白，后续也和EURONAV就该项目签订了长期合同。

In 2022, we successfully designed and fabricated a 350 T hydraulic Automatic Release Hook in a short time, which was urgently required by Euronav, a shipowner from the Netherlands, for a special offshore project under the United Nations (UN). The quick-release hook has been approved by BV Class, and a Type-Of-Approval certificate has been issued. The quick-release hook has been successfully installed onboard;it fills the gap of the domestic release hook device greater than or equal to the same tonnage. Meanwhile, we signed a long-term contract with Euronav shipping for this project.
