This is an office space designed for the emerging industry of Fintech. FINTECH is an industry that uses technology to make financial services more efficient. Using the same technology, the parameterized design of the spiral applies this characteristic to the programming techniques commonly used in the financial technology industry. In addition, the material simple atmosphere is relaxed, the diverse office form causes the staff to love to stay in the office more.

本项目共两层全位于地下，且-1F层高很矮，起初放租困难，经精心设计改造后，实现了逆转。

中庭设置了一个”度假区”。其上空配有特殊的蓝色射灯，用以模拟户外海边的月光。

投资方同时投资与建造了斐弛办公与龙庭酒家，两家分享了所有的这里的负一与负二层，还有一个下沉庭院。庭院里可以做夜晚的水吧或者举办party。员工或客人能就近享受时尚餐厅或是高级厢房。办公的开放性不只停留在斐弛室内，更是连同龙庭餐厅与中庭的一起6000多平米的空间形成一个金融科技的小微生活群，并开放给城市，让市民可以很自然地走进来，也给员工从物理和心理上延伸了办公空间，去积极地拥抱城市生活。
