    Hello everyone,I am contestant NO.6,my name is Tianyang,I am an aeromedical physician from logistics department.Today my topic is：CSAIR YOUTH. At the begining of my speech, I’d like to share a very famous poet with you about youth:youth is a lovely song, where nothing is impossible, youth is a meaningful book, you'll be never bored of it ;youth is a rapid river ,it keeps on flowing day and night; youth is a cup of tea, it shows you different kinds of tastes in your life.As we all know what CSAIR stands for, which is Customer, Staff, Advantage, Innovation and Rturn.

    I’m giving YOUTH a new defination according to my understanding.

    WE ARE Young: We are League members, we are Party members, we are the hope of CSAIR. We must treasure the young will and grasp the present,don’t let the time pass by.

    WE ARE Obliged: The narrowly-defined “customers” of mine are the pilots from the second and third branch of Flight Department. We are firmly obliged to dedicated ourselves to providing professional medical services - with the highest level of safety .

    WE ARE Universal: We are self-disciplined by following stringent international standards, coupled with advanced ideas, systems, technologies, tools and methodologies, all merged to create a major universal network-oriented airline.What is more,we have the universal-best teachers from the double hundred programe to teach us English.

    WE ARE Talented: As a talent-based company, we aspire to attract passionate, responsible, competent professionals and make best use of our knowledge and skills. As an aeromedical physician, I work with other talented doctors and nurses to ensure filght safety.

    WE ARE Happy: It is the big love that makes us happy. We are the “red-waistcoat volunteers” to serve the society, we care about autistic children. It is critically important that we return and give back to society and our nation.That’s the persuit of happiness of us, because we are CSAIR YOUTH.
