公司成立于2018年5月，位于珠海市斗门富山工业区，为广东光华科技股份有限公司（证券代码：002741）旗下全资子公司。

Zhuhai Zhongli New Energy Sci-Tech (“iNTE”), is specialized in providing full after-life services for retired electric vehicle lithium batteries (EV LiBs), including collection, repurposing and reuse, dismantling and materials recycling. We focus on battery life cycle management technology innovation and product development, providing professional services and solutions to improve the performance of EV LiBs, and various models of repurposed battery packs suitable for a wide range of applications, such as communication base station UPS, energy storage systems and low-speed vehicles.
As our core mission, we are committed to developing a sustainable business model for repurposing EV LiBs.
Founded in May 2018 and located in Doumen Industrial District of Zhuhai, iNTE is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Guangdong Guanghua Sci-Tech (“GHTECH”, SZSE:002741).
Founded in 1980, GHTECH is an advanced specialty chemicals provider, and one of the five white-listed recyclers of EV LiBs approved by the Ministry of Industry and Information .
