How long does it take to assemble, commission, and put into production a complete molding plastic production line?

This customer is a benchmark in Thailand's plastic industry, with 40 years of experience, 3 wholly owned companies, and a strong presence in Southeast Asia's plastic packaging and logistics pallet sectors. Its facilities include 40 pallet machines and 20 granulators.

As the cost of new plastic materials continues to rise, the recycling and utilization of waste plastics has become the key to reducing costs.

 However, traditional manual injection molding machines are difficult to meet the needs of waste material production.

 PalletMach's plastic molding pallet production line can directly convert waste plastics without complex granulation steps, greatly reducing raw material costs and effectively solving the customer's problems.

From July to August last year, PalletMach's technical team traveled between China and Thailand, in-depth docking with the customer on raw material characteristics and production processes, successfully reaching cooperation.

In Thailand in March, the temperature in the factory reached 40℃. The high-temperature and high-humidity environment posed significant challenges for equipment installation and commissioning.

Mr Zhang, a senior engineer of PalletMach, led the team to efficiently promote every task and fulfill the delivery commitment with sweat.

• March 11th (Day 1) -Arrived at the Bangkok airport at 12:20 local time, without any rest. In the afternoon, equipment verification and installation planning.

  
  

  
  
  

• March 12-13th (Days 2-3) -Efficiently completed the assembly of the plastic molding machine, strictly controlling the assembly accuracy.

• March 14-15th (Days 4-5) -Completed the assembly of the first and second extruders and metering tank, precisely calibrated the parameters, ensuring the plasticization efficiency of raw materials and the quality of pallets.

• March 16-17th (Days 6-7) - All staff sweated profusely to lay the cable trays and lines, checking and connecting the interfaces one by one to ensure there were no potential hazards in the electrical system.

• March 18-21th (Days 8-11) -Completed the connection of auxiliary equipment such as chillers, robot arms, and conveyor belts.

• March 22-23th (Days 12-13) -Completed the installation of core equipment such as covers, and simultaneously debugged the robot arm and the production line's linkage status, ensuring stable operation.

• March 24-25th (Days 14-15) - The workers of the client were trained for two days, covering operational procedures to ensure that the equipment could operate independently after delivery.
