签约环节共进行了四组签约，彰显了中国农创港与滦州市各方紧密合作的决心和力度。第一组是滦州市人民政府与农创港签约跨境电商产业园项目，双方代表吕哲和吴全东在签约台上签字，这将为滦州市跨境电商产业的基础设施建设和政策扶持奠定坚实基础；第二组是滦州市城投公司与农创港签约跨境电商产业园项目，双方代表樊立军和高福龙完成签约，进一步强化了产业园区的建设和运营保障；第三组是百信农业与农创港签约跨境电商产业合作项目，郭秀云和高福龙代表双方签字，标志着本地农业企业将借助农创港的平台走向国际市场；第四组是东唐电气与农创港签约跨境电商产业合作项目，樊爱东和高福龙作为双方代表签署协议，为电气行业的外贸出口开辟了新的途径。

The first group was the cross-border e-commerce industrial park project signed between the People's Government of Luanzhou City and China NCG. Representatives of both parties, Lv Zhe and Wu Quandong, signed on the signing table, which will lay a solid foundation for the infrastructure construction and policy support of the cross-border e-commerce industry in Luanzhou City; the second group was the cross-border e-commerce industrial park project signed between Luanzhou City Urban Investment Company and China NGC. Representatives of both parties, Fan Lijun and Gao Fulong, completed the signing, further strengthening the construction and operation guarantee of the industrial park; the third group was the cross-border e-commerce industrial cooperation project signed between Baixin Agriculture and China NCG. Guo Xiuyun and Gao Fulong signed on behalf of both parties, marking that local agricultural enterprises will use the platform of China NCG to enter the international market; the fourth group was the cross-border e-commerce industrial cooperation project signed between Dongtang Electric and China NCG. Fan Aidong and Gao Fulong signed the agreement as representatives of both parties, opening up a new path for foreign trade exports in the electrical industry.
