After Sales Manager

Position Summary
The After Sales Manager will support RMS China service activities and will be responsible for all service sales and marketing requirements. This position requires a person to be skilled in marketing development /modifying and support of service business improvement.
Main Tasks
Ensure the development and implementation of the service goals to all customers in China market.
Carry out service product design, pricing and marketing developing strategy.
Market analysis: competitors service products, price comparison, marketing strategies. Support service activities to improve service revenue.
Submit annual service marketing promotion strategy and action plans of products responsible, implement with service team scheduled service marketing actions.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor Degree and above.
Experience
Minimum of 8 vears' experience in a similar position or complimentary positionOther skills.
Other skills
Strong Interpersonal, communication, oral and written skills.
Presentation techniques.
Customer-oriented.
Assessing situation/problem and logically and creatively finding solutions.
Analyzing and reporting service cases and customer data.
Team building.
English language skills: Fluent in speaking, proficient in writing, reading and listening.
