“SW PROSPEROUS”轮交易激励机制的公告

为了进一步开展与船舶经纪人的合作，实现市场多方共赢，促进广州航运交易平台的业务发展，特发布本公告。

一、激励金额：广州航运交易平台收取“SW PROSPEROUS”轮竞价服务费税后总金额的50%；

二、须满足的奖励条件：

1、受竞买人委托的经纪公司必须是船舶经纪公司，具有船舶经纪、船舶咨询服务、海事信息（技术）咨询服务相关的服务类别的经营范围。

2、竞买人报名竞价材料中须包括与经纪公司的授权委托书、经纪公司的注册登记证书、经纪公司的股权结构文件和广州航运交易平台要求的其他文件。

3、竞买人与经纪公司之间不得有股权关联关系。

4、与经纪公司有委托关系的竞买人以最高价中标且经纪公司需为买方提供本次交易的后续服务。

严禁经纪公司与竞买人阻挠、恶意串通其他竞买人竞价，不得操纵、垄断竞价价格；不得造假报名材料。上述行为一经发现，组织方有权取消其奖励资格。

Announcement of MV “ SW PROSPEROUS” Online Bidding Incentive Structure

This incentive structure is released to promote bidding of MV“SW PROSPEROUS” Bulk Carrier, and to have better cooperation with shipbrokers and achieve all-win among multiple parties.

I. Reward amount:50% of commission GSEP received after-tax.

II. A shipbroker must meet the following requirements to get our reward:

a) Ship brokerage service, shipping consultancy service，maritime information (technical)consultancy service needs to be included in the authorized shipbroker’s business scope.

b)The bidder must upload the Power of Attorney with the nominated shipbroker’s Certificate of Incorporation, Business Profile, certified shareholding files and other files required by GSEP.

c)No shareholding relations between the bidder and the shipbroker.

d)The bidder who has a proxy relationship with theshipbroker won the bid at the highest price；and the shipbroker shall provide follow-up services for the buyer during the transaction .

Shipbrokers and bidders are strictly prohibited from obstructing and maliciously colluding with other bidders, manipulating or monopolizing bidding prices in bidding. Falsification of registration materials is prohibited.Once found, GSE has the right to cancel the award qualification.
