简讯 | 广信君达律师再次参与编撰的《“一带一路”沿线国家法律环境国别报告（第三、四卷）》正式发布

广东广信君达律师事务所高级合伙人闪涛律师作为中华全国律师协会涉外领军人才库成员之一，被指定为由司法部牵头、中华全国律师协会主办的“一带一路”项目之埃塞俄比亚国别协调人，其参与编写的《“一带一路”沿线国家法律环境国别报告（中英文对照版）》（以下简称“《报告》”）第三卷、第四卷日前正式发布。2016年，闪涛律师曾作为沙特阿拉伯国别协调人，参与了该项目第一卷、第二卷的编写工作。

As a member of the China National Lawyers Association's foreign-related talent pools, and appointed as Ethiopia country coordinator for the "One Belt And One Road" project led by the ministry of justice and sponsored by the all China lawyers association, Lawyer Davy Shan, a senior partner of ETR law Firm, participated in writing the third and fourth volumes of Legal Environment Report of the "Belt And Road" Countries (bilingual in Chinese and English) (hereinafter referred to as the "Report"), which were officially released recently. In 2016, as the Saudi Arabian Country Coordinator, Davy Shan participated in writing the first and second volumes of the Report.

第二届“一带一路”国际合作高峰论坛于2019年4月25-27日在北京举行。“一带一路”是中国主动适应全球经济形势深刻变化提出的重大合作倡议。

The second "Belt and Road" International Cooperation Summit was held in Beijing on April 25-27, 2019. The “Belt and Road” is a major cooperation initiative put forward by China to adapt to the profound changes in the global economic situation.

为推进律师行业投身“一带一路”建设，中华全国律师协会于2016年启动中国律师服务“一带一路”建设项目，并着手编写了《报告》。《报告》共分四卷，由中华全国律师协会国际业务专业委员会委员和中华全国律师协会涉外律师领军人才联手“一带一路”沿线国家律师事务所的律师共同撰写。参与报告编写的中外律师事务所共106家（中国律师事务所49家，外国律师事务所57家），中外律师共183名（中国律师76名，外国律师107名），涵盖“一带一路”沿线的81个国家。本次出版的新卷涵盖38个国家。

In order to promote the construction of the “Belt and Road” for the lawyer industry, the All China Lawyers Association launched the “Belt and Road” construction project for Chinese lawyers in 2016, and began to prepare the Report. The Report is divided into four volumes, which are jointly written by the members of the All China Lawyers Association's International Business Professional Committee and the Chinese National Lawyers Association's foreign-related lawyers and the lawyers of the national law firms along the “Belt and Road”. There are 106 Chinese and foreign law firms involved in writing the report (49 Chinese law firms and 57 foreign law firms), and 183 Chinese and foreign lawyers (76 Chinese lawyers and 107 foreign lawyers). Covering 81 countries along the Belt and Road Initiative, this new volume covers 38 countries.

新书《“一带一路”沿线国家法律环境国别报告（第三、四卷）》的正式发布，标志着《报告》四卷全部编纂完成。《报告》为我国政界、商界、学界了解“一带一路”沿线国家法律环境提供了一个窗口，也为中国企业在“一带一路”沿线国家投资、合作、发展提供了专业的法律支持。

The new book Legal Environment Report of the "Belt And Road" Countries (third and fourth volumes) was officially released, which marked the completion of the compilation of all four volumes of the Report. The Report provides a window for China's political, business, and academic circles to understand the legal environment along the "Belt and Road" countries, and provides professional legal support for Chinese companies to invest, cooperate, and develop in the countries along the “Belt and Road”.

近年来，闪涛律师参与了多项“一带一路”相关法律服务项目：2018年11月受邀参加亚太法协会（LAWAISA）在柬埔寨暹粒召开的第31届年会并作专题发言；2019年3月受邀参加亚太法协会（LAWAISA）在菲律宾马尼拉举行的商法论坛，并在“一带一路”分论坛作专题发言；2019年3月参加由广东省律师协会主办的“一带一路”新加坡海外培训项目，在新加坡律师工会、新加坡最高人民法院、新加坡国际商事法庭、新加坡国际仲裁中心、新加坡国际调解中心、知名律所Backer McKenzie（贝克·麦坚时）交流学习；2019年4月参加由广东省律师协会牵头的“一带一路”东南亚调研访问项目，分别到访柬埔寨金边、老挝万象、缅甸仰光，了解中国的律师事务所驻当地国分支机构的运营情况，以及当地国对于外国律所和外国律师的监管规则，并分别与三国的律师协会建立良好的沟通合作机制。

In recent years, Davy Shan has participated in many legal service projects related to “Belt and Road”: In November 2018, he was invited to participate in the 31st annual meeting of the Asia Pacific Law Association (LAWAISA) in Siem Reap, Cambodia and made a keynote speech; In March 2019, he was invited to participate in the Business Law Forum of the Asia-Pacific Law Association (LAWAISA) in Manila, Philippines, and made a keynote speech at the “Belt and Road” sub-forum;In March 2019, participated in the “Belt and Road” Singapore overseas training program sponsored by the Guangdong Provincial Lawyers Association, in the Singapore Lawyers' Union, the Singapore Supreme People's Court, the Singapore International Commercial Court, the Singapore International Arbitration Center, the Singapore International Mediation Center, and the famous law. Backer McKenzie exchanges and learning. In April 2019,participated in the “Belt and Road” Southeast Asia research and visit project led by the Guangdong Association of Law Associations, and he has visited Phnom Penh of Cambodia, Vientiane of Laos and Yangon of Myanmar, to learn the operation situation of Chinese law firms in the countries, as well as the local state's regulatory rules on foreign law firms and foreign lawyers. The project means to establish a good communication and cooperation mechanism with the three countries' lawyers' associations.

2019年5月，闪涛律师将参与由中国法学会牵头的“一带一路”海外出访项目，分别到中东地区的哈萨克斯坦、阿塞拜疆调研交流。

In May 2019, Davy Shan will participate the “Belt and Road” project led by the China Law Society to visit Kazakhstan and Azerbaijan in the Middle East for research and exchange.
