Western荧光检测试剂ECL发光液可与二抗上耦连的辣根过氧化物酶发生化学反应，发出荧光，从而可以通过用X光片压片或其它适当荧光成像设备检测样品。通用型ECL免疫印迹化学发光溶液是一种旨在通过非放射性（辣根过氧化酶）发光系统，检测固定在固相膜上（如NC、PVDF等）的30至50皮克以上蛋白，经X光片（放射自显影片）感光记录其免疫印迹的实验辅助试剂。其适用于辣根过氧化酶标记蛋白的免疫学检测。产品即到即用，性能稳定，操作便捷，敏感度高，配比优化，发光清晰，重复性好。比Pierce公司的SuperSignal West Pico Substrate的灵敏度高10倍，对于辣根过氧化物酶的最低检测灵敏度可以达到飞克级。
实验实例
将GeneTex公司的HRP标记的抗鼠二抗（GTX213111-01）稀释10000、20000、40000、60000、80000、100000倍后，各取1μl点样于0.45μm的混合纤维素滤膜中,干透后（约10min）加入不同品牌的发光底物：T为SuperSignal West Pico Plus Substrate，GBCBIO为本公司产品。

各溶液使用后，请盖紧瓶盖，以防失效。特别是B液，含有氧化剂，比较容易被还原而失效。
