Nantian Village Life Museum
南天村美好生活馆
霍英东集团南天名苑业主群发起的「南天村美好生活馆」是集合米其林黑珍珠星级大厨美食，东方美好茶艺、家居设计、潮玩文创、高端花艺、社区文化艺术、企业家私董会以及各社区主题社群为一体的邻里社交公共空间。
Initiated by the Green shore’s owne rs of Henry Fok Ying Tung Group Company Limited's, the "Nantian Village Life Museum" is a social and public space that gather Michelin Star Cuisine, Tea Ceremony, Home Design, Trendy Cultural Creations, Floral Art, Community Cultural Art, private clubs, and various community groups as one.
南天村美好生活馆由杨家声建筑设计事务(广州)有限公司ben yeung & associates ltd.(以下简称“byal”)主导设计，通过该项目，byal结合了业主群与社区尺度的不同使用需求，重塑原始房屋使用动线，并重新定义房屋建筑与当下社区的界限，创造更加流动、开放、包容的公共场所，以此承载多元复合的社区美好生活模式。在疫情后「保持距离」的新常态下，为该地区提出新的人群聚居方式，和公共建筑空间在社区中的社会意义。
Through this project, ben yeung & associates ltd. combined the different needs of the owners and the community, re-planned the use of the house and redefined the boundaries between the building and the community, creating a more mobile, open and inclusive public space, which carries a diversified mode of community good living. The project is a model for a better life in a diversified community. Under the new state of "keeping distance" after the COVID-19, the project proposes a new way of life for the people in the area and the social significance of public space in the community.

原建筑位于街角，拥有天然开阔的视野。首先，byal保留原建筑的三角形屋顶结构，以家宅设计为取向，为此空间营造一种对家的温馨联想。外立面以洁净的暖色系墙身和大面积落地玻璃形成对比，增强建筑的纯粹性和亲近力。
The original building is located at the corner of the street with a wide view. Firstly, byal retained the triangular roof structure of the original building, with a home-based design orientation to create a warm memory of home for this building. The facade contrasts with the clean warm colors of the walls and large areas of floor-to-ceiling glass, enhancing the simplicity and intimacy of the building.

为了打造年轻且有活力的空间，byal在建筑二层采取积木堆叠的设计方式，结合和风暖调的木质格栅勾勒出盒子形体，向外延伸，仿佛悬浮于半空中，大大扩充了空间使用面积，同时，为建筑创造强烈视觉感官的记忆点，引导居民进入探索。
In order to create a young and energetic space, byal used a block-stacking design on the second floor of the building. It combined with a warm wooden grille to form a box shape that extends outdoors as if suspended in the air.The design expands the area of the space to be used. At the same time, It bringing a strong point of memory to the building and guiding the residents into deep exploration.

南天村美好生活馆是一个结合休憩、社交、活动、娱乐的综合公共空间，同时也是为追求更高生活品质的居民，提供交流、陶冶艺术的生活场所。无论是谁，都可以在这里找到属于自己的乐趣，发掘适合自己的美好生活方式。
「Nantian Village Life Museum」 is a comprehensive public space for leisure, socializing, activities and entertainment, as well as a place for residents pursuing a higher quality of life to communicate and cultivate their art. No matter who you are, you can find your own fun here and discover a better way of life that suitable for you.
原室内样貌图
改造后的生活馆室内空间设计以温润的木色调为主，舒适雅致，结合多个艺术装置陈列搭配，让人进入生活馆的第一眼就可感受馆内如同艺术画廊般的时尚精致。串联一、二层的旋转楼梯，与典雅柔和的空间呈现自然和谐的结合，优雅的楼梯曲线，让整体空间动线更为轻盈灵动，无一不尽显空间带来的柔和舒适感。
The interior space design of the museum is mainly composed of warm wood tones, which is comfortable and elegant. Combined with the display & matching of multiple art installations. At first glance, people can feel the fashion and exquisiteness of the museum like as art gallery. The rotating stairs connecting one and second floors in series present a combination of visual and spectrum with the overall space moving line more light and flexible.
byal利用斜面屋顶，透过坡顶天窗，让户外阳光大幅引至室内，让二层空间更为明亮，产生犹如空中庭院般景致。随着一天时间的轮回变化，阳光在室内中透射的光影，让空间氛围仿佛也随着时间而产生变化，带来无尽的生气和灵动的自然气息。
byal makes use of sloping roof skylights to bring the sunlight from outside into the interior. It makes the first floor brighter and creates a sky courtyard-like view. The sun light and shadows change the ambience of the interior space as if it were changing with the time of day, bringing endless vitality and the spirit of nature.
为了让居民体验更好的自然氛围，byal对南天村生活馆户外区域也进行了改造，并为这个新的社交空间进行绿化景观设计，塑造自然舒适的户外氛围，让居民在休闲气氛中享受自由畅聚的美好生活。
In order to make the residents to experience a better natural atmosphere, byal has also renovated the outdoor area of Nantian Village Lifes Museum and designed green landscape for this new social space. To build a natural and comfortable outdoor atmosphere so that residents can enjoy the good life of free and unimpeded gatherings in a casual atmosphere.
