HONOR | byal摘得第十五届IAI全球设计奖室内奖银奖、优秀奖

国际最具影响力和美誉度的设计竞赛之一的IAI设计奖(IAI Design Award)已公布2022/2023本年度第十五届获奖名单。杨家声建筑设计事务(广州)有限公司ben yeung & associates ltd.(以下简称“byal”)以作品「珠海丽芮酒店项目」、「中华广场提档升级项目」分别摘得了IAI室内奖-银奖与IAI室内奖-优秀奖 。

IAI室内奖-银奖 ｜珠海丽芮酒店项目

由byal担纲项目室内设计的珠海丽芮酒店，加入游乐园的设计理念和珠海独有的“海岛”城市特征，大胆结合前卫与复古对撞的设计风格，鬼马戏谑的艺术、音乐、时尚元素赋予空间玩味生活，表达自我的态度。强烈的色彩和个性摆设为酒店入口塑造出戏剧化的氛围，而最具代表性的是大堂的旋转木马装置，注入活泼缤纷的梦幻色彩，波浪叠板造型前台完美地将玩乐元素渗透其中。以缆车和海岸线为灵感，中庭设置缆车蜿蜒而上，与餐厅天花灯带和海岸动线卡座相互呼应，迸发惊艳的视觉效果。

This project incorporates the design concept of the amusement park and the unique "island" urban characteristics of Zhuhai. It boldly combines the avant-garde and retro design style together. The funny art, music and fashion elements give a playful life to the space. The strong colors and personalized furnishings create a dramatic atmosphere for the entrance of the hotel. The most representative design is the carousel in the lobby, which injects lively and dreamlike colors. The wavy laminated front desk perfectly penetrates the elements of fun. Inspired by the cable car and the coastline, the cable car in the atrium winding up and echoing with the light belt on the ceiling of the restaurant and the card seat on the coastline that creates an amazing visual effect.

IAI室内奖-优秀奖 ｜ 中华广场提档升级项目

在商业地产和消费群体的飞速变化下，承载着无数回忆的中华广场开始自我革新。商场室内空间以珍贵的宝石作为设计灵感，借助彩虹玻璃等材料的晕染，让光线折射出更鲜明丰富的层次感。中庭线条由方锐型修整为流线型，打开内部空间，增加了弧形如包间一样的露台以扩充空间功能，使视野更开阔明亮。天花以宝石形状镂空，地花以宝石切割的方式刻画花纹，让游客犹如漫步在飘浮着宝石的无限延伸空间中，获得浪漫梦幻的沉浸式视觉体验。

Under the rapid changes of commercial real estate and consumer groups, China Plaza which bears countless memories, began to innovate itself. The interior space of the shopping mall is inspired by precious jewel. The rainbow glass and other materials make the light refracted more distinct and full of hierarchy. The lines of the atrium are trimmed from rectangular sharp to streamlined. The internal space adding an arc-shaped terrace like a private room to expand the space function and make the vision more open and brighter. The ceiling is hollowed out in the shape of jewel, and the ground pattern is carved in the way of jewel cutting, so that visitors can walk in the infinite extension space with floating jewel and get a romantic and dreamy immersive visual experience.
