Sr. SQE
Location:SZ+DG
1.Supervise/Manage SQE team daily basis, Develop SQE team personal skills on current manufacturing technology, quality tools, interpersonal and business skills, generally improve SQE team competence.
2.Lead SQE team to work with sourcing team to continuously improve supplier outgoing shipment performance to make sure Quasar Incoming inspection LAR(Lot Accept Rate) meeting/above target.
3.Lead SQE team to develop supplier periodically audit plan and ensure the audit plan timely implemented.
4.Lead SQE team to Ensure ongoing supplier on-site evaluation is performed.This would be achieved by using information collected from receiving inspection, customer rejects, SCAR database and by liaison efforts with customer’s feedback. Performance evaluation will be reported to suppliers or to the customers if necessary.
5.Ensure SQE team will be the focal person for assembly related quality and functional issues that are caused by components being purchased for manufacturing.
6.Ensure all production critical issues are resolved with suppliers in a timely manner and corrective actions are implemented as appropriate.
7.Actively Lead Quarterly QRB (Quality review Board) activities to drive supplier quality improvement.

NPD Project Engineer

1.Coordinate the project engineering during NPD & NPI stages with continuous process improvement to ensure development completion and production efficiency.
2.Provide Engineering samples production hands-on solutions .
3.Conduct experiments to detect and solve process issues/difficulties.
4.Conduct process verification and qualification.
5.Review and maintain production data from customers throughout NPD and NPI phases.

CS Specialist

1.Order administration and management from receiving customers' orders to shipment.

3.Measure and confirm standard working time of all production processes with update regularly according to production procedure and proficiency in operation.
4.Rational design process layout with production layout optimization according to company requirement and integrate with process and material flow.
5.Responsible for abnormal issues (related to tooling, jigs, process document, incoming materials, operation, etc.) investigation, analysis and settlement which happened in production and ensure smooth running of production.

1.DMR review to identify product deliverable criteria for different stages, involve PFMEA review, build quality control plan, IPQC working instruction, define critical to quality (CTQ), monitor the implementation of the new level of product quality to achieve targets.
2.Establish the requirements of measurement & testing and follow up the implementation, include appropriate SPC control, Data collection and analysis management (included data collection, analysis and implementation).
3.Review product manufacturing environment requirements. Communicate with customers, setup visual specifications, including sampling plan thru incoming inspection to process control to ensure appropriate & effective quality control and most optimized resource configuration.
4.Participate new products trail run, follow the products quality and gave personal advices from quality view. To be quality contact window with customer on new project quality, Lead new project gate review and quality risk assessment.
5.Lead project team on new project quality improvement before mass production, Process quality issue handling and follow-up, push on-going quality implementation.
