A good news to share – the 1st Labor Union of Quasar has established on Mar 08th,2019.
工会是给企业与职工提供服务的一个独立组织，雇主与雇员之间友好沟通桥梁，它的主要宗旨是维系好雇主与雇员之间和谐的劳资关系，组织发动职工展开多种形式的活动，不断加强对职工的技术培训，努力提高职工的业务素质。
Labor Union is an individual organization that provides services to enterprise and workers, alsoa friendly communication bridge between employers and employees. Its main objective is to maintain the harmonious labor-capital relationship, and organize workers explore various activities, as well as continually strengthen and improve their technical trainings and professional competences.
秋时工会一定遵照上一级工会指示，维护好集体利益的同时，关心职工疾苦，倾听和反应职工的呼声和要求，帮助职工解决实际困难，不辜负组织使命，为劳资共赢的方向付诸最大的努力。
Quasar Labor Union will certainly comply with the instructions from its superior department, to maintain collective interests and care about workers’ hardships, simultaneously to listen, respond their voices and requirements. In order to live up to organization’s mission, Quasar Labor Union will help workers to solve the practical difficulties and pay great efforts to a win-win direction between labors and capitals.
接下来工会筹备组将会制定工会相关制度，组织各式培训及活动，并以工会的名义为大家提供继续教育机会，去开展追梦行动,实现圆梦计划。
In the next, the preparatory committee will make relevant regulations, organize different kinds of trainings, activities, and to provide further study opportunities by the name of Labor Union, so that to carrying out the journey of chasing dreams and realize it.
