On November 8th, 2024, Beijing time (in the afternoon of November 7th, United Nations time), the awarding ceremony for the Communication Academicians of ATE (Academy of Advanced Technology and Engineering) and the appointment ceremony of the Global Nine-University Alliance for Talent Cultivation across the Century by the International Academician and Expert Alliance were grandly held at the Dongguan headquarters of Jiushun Holding - Jiahong Zhenxing Center, Dongcheng District, Dongguan City, Guangdong Province.
国际院士专家联盟领导林文胜院士宣布外国农业专家、博士生导师贝彬教授当选为 ATE（国际先进技术与工程院）通讯院士并为贝彬通讯院士佩戴徽章，杜嘉庆院士向贝彬通讯院士颁授了院士证书、院士证。
Academician Lin Wensheng, the leader of the International Academy of Sciences and Experts Alliance, announced that Professor Bei Bin, a foreign agricultural expert and doctoral supervisor, was elected as a Corresponding Academician of the ATE (Academy of Advanced Technology and Engineering). 随后，林文胜院士又宣读了一项重要聘任决定，即广东玖顺控股集团董事长左永忠被授予国际院士专家联盟后备院士专家称号，同时受聘为人工智能产业教授。

Introduction to IAEA
国际院士专家联盟（IAEA）2020 年经香港特批成立，有众多研究院、学会、科学院、人才机构、学部与学科组。至 2024 年 9 月有本部院士 47 位，联系全球院士 4128 位，实行严格提名联评机制。以爱国奉献等为宗旨，设多专业委员会与创新研究院所。在中国区有多个总部基地，实施院士强国工程，未来 10 年拟与中方机构合作，向县级单位、企业与园区派驻团队，推动高质量发展并打造高额 GDP 增量。
The International Academician Expert Alliance (IAEA) was specially approved by the Hong Kong government to be established in 2020. It has numerous research institutes, academic societies, academies of sciences, talent institutions, faculties, and subject groups. By September 2024, there are 47 academicians in the headquarters, and it is in contact with 4,128 academicians globally. A strict mechanism of nomination by two academicians and joint evaluation by academicians from five countries is implemented.
The IAEA takes patriotism, dedication, creating value, and international cooperation as its purposes, and has established many professional committees and innovative research institutes. There are multiple headquarters bases in the Chinese region. The Academician Strengthening the Country Project is being implemented. In the next ten years, it plans to cooperate with Chinese institutions to dispatch teams of academicians and experts to county-level units, enterprises, and industrial parks, so as to promote high-quality development and create a significant increase in GDP.
