晚会的第一篇章是2018年度长期服务奖颁奖仪式，正因为有员工的陪伴，在各自岗位上发挥自己的价值，才有公司今天的成就。一共有82名员工获得了2018年度长期服务奖，其中十五年长期服务奖获得者7人，10年长期服务奖获得者12人，五年长期服务奖获得者63人。
The first chapter of the party was the 2018 Long-term Service Awards Ceremony. There is such a group of people who return the Quasar with gratitude,they are loyal and reliable. They show their own value in their positions and make unremitting efforts to create wealth for Quasar. A total of 82 employees received the 2018 Long-term Service Award, including 7 winners of the 15 years long-term service award, 12 winners of the 10 years long-term service award, and 63 winners of the 5 years long-term service award.

Labor Union is a friendly communication bridge between employers and employees. The second chapter of the annual party was the Quasar labor union establishment ceremony. Let’s hope that the Quasar Labor union will keep growing under the leadership of the first committee members.

The third chapter of the annual party was the promotion of Quasar score values. The core values of a company are the basic beliefs and goals in the process of pursuing business success. After the enthusiastic keynote speech by the general manager Mr. Dagwin Decru, the Quasar core values will be more deeply rooted in the hearts of the employees.
