为了增强团队凝聚力，促进同事之间的沟通交流，同时，通过团建活动让员工放飞心情，缓解工作压力，5月26日，公司组织东莞公司全体员工开展真人CS野战素质拓展活动，将近200名员工参与了本次活动。
To enhance the cohesion of the team, as well as to relieve the pressure of work through the team building activity. On May 26, our company organized CS field for all employees of Quasar Dongguan, and nearly 200 employees participated in this activity.
拓展活动在东莞市石碣檀香导拓展基地进行，在教练的指导下，大家对激光枪械的正确使用、对抗规则等进行认真的了解和实战性演练。
The team building activity was held in the expansion base of dongguan shijie. Under the guidance of the coach, everyone had a careful understanding and practical practice on the correct use of laser guns and the rules of confrontation.
一共三场战役，两个队伍之间进行对抗赛，三局两胜，“战争”打响之后，各队员分工协作，相互配合，为团队荣誉而战。
There was a total of three campaigns, two teams against each other. Team members cooperate with each other and fight for team glory.
认真备战中，应对敌人的进攻。
真人CS野战运动是一项刺激而又令人兴奋的时尚运动项目，具有竞技对抗的激烈、惊险、刺激等特点。公司希望能够通过这次活动，能够让员工体会到团队合作的乐趣，并把团队合作的精神带到工作中。
