iTWO PPS is the digital ERP suite for optimization of your prefabrication business. From the sales office to the shop floor to installation, handle your whole operation in one platform. Create and optimize production plans based on imported project models and allocate resources and personnel to hit production milestones.

iTWO MES is the on-site server to manage your prefab production. It offers a simple and efficient solution for production planning, guaranteeing full utilization of your prefabrication plant. Calculating ideal pallet nesting across projects, it allows for a more efficient production, optimizing production times and resource consumption and laying the foundation of a lean prefab plant.

iTWO ICS runs your production plant. The plant control system enables the automated transport of pallets throughout the production hall. Whether pallet transport devices, rack-operator or robot cells, every movement can be automated appropriately based on element data. While the plant is on the run, our machine software controls the production machines, fulfilling stationary tasks such as concrete spreading, shuttering and vibration automatically.

iTWO SCE is the intelligent solution for automated stockyards. Linked to your ERP system, the stockyard automation software plans the storage according to delivery needs, organizing items in transportation units and optimizing warehouse operations. Utilization of cranes, rack operators, AGVs and trolleys make a fully automated stockyard a reality. Furthermore it enables remote and mobile tracking of inventory from the stockyard to the construction site.

Stubbes is one of the largest precast company in North America. With our set of solutions they were able to manage planning and logistic efforts, even with multiple plants. The most important solution implemented is iTWO PPS our planning and logistics software.

Leier GmbH

With Leier International we build and put into operation a state-of-the-art plant. Process automation and digitalization was the center of the project. Together with our partners we managed to set up a highly automated plant, including high-tech Smart Stations, from scratch. Thereby we supported Leier from the first thoughts till the for produced element and while the ongoing production.

My Home Group

My Home is a largescale real estate company in China, with the aim to set up over 100 prefabrication factories. To deliver the most efficient production and construction processes, the company chose RIB’s cloud-based 5D BIM platform iTWO 4.0 – enabling MyHome to digitally manage all aspects throughout the lifecycle.
